You've got a lot of issues here. 

First, missing codechickencore. 

Many mods look like they are from sketchy sources, most of the .zip mods are actually for 1.6.4 

Many other mods, such as thermal expansion, are named a bit funny and are quite old. 

Only get mods from the author's site, curse, curseforge, or minecraftforum.net

Delete all the mods from content scraping sites and try again.

missing corroutil, I downloaed legit tropicraft and followed author's instuctions to fix

removed the thaumcraft mob zip file, it was for 1.6.4

removed Damage Indicators mod was for 1.6.4

removed old Weather mod, 1.6.4

Many of the mods you have for 1.7.10 are quite old, some a year or more. 

 

After those fixes, we get into ID conflicts, and I will leave that to you.

Also is there any issue with the pop-up asking for the missing part of CodeLib for voltz engine, or is that fine?

its more id conflicts, I fixed one in veinminermodintegration.cfg, and there is now another biome ID conflict

 

Check in /logs/fml-client-latest.log

any bioime Id, potion Id or block id conficts will be listed there, though you will probably have to solve them one at a time.
