Jay? Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 http://aceofspades.com/ Looks pretty neat, i'm considering buying it for myself this holiday season. Anybody play it yet?
Jorcer Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 Holy coincidence Batkaker! I was just looking at that. Though the forum doesn't bode well, I tend not to put too much stock in Steam forums (they just aren't moderated as well as these ones ) I find it interesting that all of the reviewers failed to mention Minecraft... They got all three major FPS but no Minecraft.
Silent Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 It costs money? When I played it a few months ago it was free Edit actually heaps has changed by the looks of it, may get it
Aegis Fate Posted December 14, 2012 Posted December 14, 2012 Shit, that looks loads better then the Ace of Spades I played months ago. Might have to get some cash and buy it sooner or later
freakachu Posted December 14, 2012 Posted December 14, 2012 the title of this game makes me laugh. that's really all I have to say about it. I love wordplay.
Melfice Posted December 14, 2012 Posted December 14, 2012 Yeah, I remember this game from... what? A year ago? It looked all drab and serious. As far as you can get serious when the world is built out of cubes anyway. Glad to see they livened it up a bit. Brought out the polish and paint.
Teraku Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 I've seen people play it. It looks interesting, but I've heard a lot of bad things about it, like it being incredibly boring.
Viktor_Berg Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 The balance is broken. No real need to build anything (hint: jetpacks). The allure of the original AoS was trench warfare - which is pretty much gone now.
IraqiMilitant Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 I picked it up, the potential for a fantastic game is there...but they need to fix a few things to get there
