Voltz Server strange problem

Hello! I am having a strange issue with the server. Whenever I start up a server, i am unable to craft any of the mod items. I go to make paxel(?) and it shows up in the output, but the game doesn't let me retrieve it. When i used a console command to give, it said that item id 11707 cannot be found. It seems to work fine in single player. I tried to delete and reinstall the server, but that did not fix it.

I had the same thing with hexxit. I fix te problem becouse I was juising the incorect .jar file. It comes with 2 .jar file's. A server and a Voltz. I woud say try the second one . Thad fixt it for me.

Is it weird that i can only place dirt in my world when i am on my server?

It's my first time having a Minecraft server...please help
