Error: Could Not Find or Load Main Class

 

Hey Everyone,

 

My name is Ray_F_Thompson and I wanted to seek out a solution to my issue of not being able to load a mod pack on the Technic Launcher.  Now it is not one of the technic launcher mod packs and I do not feel it serves a purpose to list which one I am trying to connect to as I feel it does not pertain to the issue directly (Not looking to advertise the server/modpack).  After working with Server Operators on the server that I am attempting to connect to, I wanted to reach out for solutions to my error listed above as the 'Error: could not find or load main class'.  No crash reports pop up and the technic launcher itself refuses to load the mod pack even after downloading all of the required updates.  The only message that pops up in the technic launcher console is the 'Error: could not find or load main class' without the apostrophes.  I am on a Mac OS X and anyone with any knowledge to what this issue is coming from would be much appreciated.  

 

I am running Java 1.7.0_67 and I do have the latest Maverick update for Mac.  My issues only began when I reset the mod pack and after removing technic launcher and the mod pack itself over a dozen times, I feel it is time for a more educated approach.   As an aside, I have loaded the other technic launcher mod packs and those do load properly, however the modpack I am trying to load is a 1.7.10 mod pack so any advice pertaining to how I can solve my issue of 'Error: could not find or load main class' would be incredible.  I can supply crash reports and additional information if needed to solve this issue.
