  1. I would like to remind M-Tech employees that while it is something that is necessary for certain materials, Equivalent Exchange is NOT company policy. Also, I would like to take stock of all our resources. Either move your machines into the HQ (Fire and Iam, You're fine) or make me aware of the location of your machines. Making a set of quantum armour, and not telling us where your UU-Matter's coming from is a bit antisocial to me.
  2. http://imgur.com/Bl8Or Warship 90% complete, it flies beautifully, just the weapons to go.
  3. I trust Blobture and M-Tech are still in good stead? Also, Warptech can officially go screw themselves with a cactus. (Warship 30% complete)
  4. There's going to be tons of support available on the Yogscast forums. But beware, it ain't all sunshine and rainbows, and shitposters abound over there
  5. Is that what it was called in the US? Wow.
  6. Ah, forgot you can craft fire charges Sheesh, I knew this thing was going to be expensive... There are three things needed to win a war. Money, money and more money.
  7. So let's say there was an inkling of a plan to build an airship and massacre everyone. First question is how can I remotely fire a scattershot Mining Laser, seeing as that destroys the RedPower Deployer on firing? And second question, are there any other good ranged weapons I can fire remotely from the bridge?
  8. Don't ask for ETA's. Ever. At all. No, seriously. Don't.
  9. It's not the cost of the items themselves that's the issue, it's the speed at which sunlight generates EMC, and the EMC values of the mod items. Because Tekkit adds a lot of new ores, they can all just be macerated and bunged into whatever for instant super wealth. It is in desperate need of a rethink from a Tekkit standpoint, and I wish I had the knowledge to be able to do something about it myself.
  10. All right, update your graphics drivers, and OpenGL, then scale all of your graphics options right back. I'm going to investigate which files could be doing things like this. Also, could you post system specs, and whether you're playing on a laptop?
  11. It's when anything happens to the minecraft.jar, basically.
  12. Why not make both? But the chips (fries) better be nice 'n' chunky or I will cry.
  13. What baffles me is that you are blaming Dell for other internal parts breaking.
  14. Interaction with the players. As people get to know you, they will get to know each other. Any muppet can become infinitely powerful in Tekkit in a few days, but it's friends they've made that they come back for.
  15. That's making my brain really hurt. Could you take bold off so I can have a proper look at it?
  16. That's a bug with IC2, and will hopefully be fixed with the next update.
  17. Don't get an Alienware, get a Dell. I'm inclined to be suspicious, but my friend tells me his £700 laptop has the same bits and bobs inside, plus bigger screen than the top Alienware.
  18. Minecraft is running out of memory for sure, and a simple google search will get you all the fixes you need :D
  19. Well, I'll send Kaker some more virtual paper if I'm using too much. I sorta do these spaces because I hate walls of text, and use them to accent my points. Like bullet points, but not so.
  20. Okay, instead of deleting Optifine, replace it with the lite version.
  21. To be honest, putting things into tech trees is a rather convoluted way of thinking, seeing as Technic/Tekkit lets you explore interesting combinations of every mod included. Most of my machines will involve at least five mods now, not even including EE.
  22. And for the love of god, If I ever see you use that as an avatar, I will condense your soul into a small brown paper bag and sell it on Craigslist.
  23. You mail the mod authors directly, as next to none of them surf this forum, with the exception of FlowerChild's minions.
  24. Problem I have with Direwolf20 is that he keeps going for the schadenfreude approach in his Let's Plays, while I'm just like "Oh, just get on with it already" However, he is usually very very good at mod showcases. As for Yogscast, detrimental personal experiences aside, they are there for the entertainment value, and I thought they were getting a bit stale, but now Simon and Lewis are making more content with the rest of the team, which is encouraging.
  25. That game was like heroin in the eyeball on PC, what with all the incredible mods that came out.
