I was thinking about making a power plant of Kinetic Generators and convert it into MJ... But is that efficient? How much Blutricity is 1 MJ? I don't really get either how to see how much energy goes through the blue alloy wires... When I check it with the Voltmeter, it says me how much Volts and how much Ampere goes through the wires, but what is the energy that goes into the Battery Boxes?

It's from Buildcraft I think, it is made like a standard wooden pipe, but it uses wooden gears instead of wooden planks.
-
Yea, I got the same, a Anchor doesn't work either, on a dark room or a spawner...
-
The problem is that you'll need Golden Waterproof pipes from the Pump to the Engines, instead of Stone ones. And another tip is to use OR Gates, and set them to give a redstone signal whenever the engine is blue or green.
-
What you could also do is use a Adv. Wooden Pipe and say it to exclude unenchanted books, this way it will only pull out enchanted ones. And then you put a Transposer with a chest on top on top of the Auto-Enchanter.

Derp me, thanx

I kinda got too much MJ atm (6 Combustion engines working non stop) and I want to convert it into EU. I know that you can convert EU into MJ by using Electric engines but what about the other way around?
-
Conductive pipes don't work on Redstone Engines, they just don't.

I've kinda found a problem, the tubes will make all the saplings go into the front planters only and not into the back ones... I know that once the front planters are totally full the saplings will go into the back planters, but isn't there a better way than just wait?

How on earth do i use the soldering station?

So I was talking about something else? Can you link me to a wiki page or something? -

You mean an assembly table right? To make logistic pipes. You'll need to power the Assembly table with Lasers. Which are powered by Engines or energy pipes, they need quite a lot of energy, 1 Combustion engine will power 1 laser at max efficiency. The Assembly Table needs to be in range of 4 blocks I think. And uhh, besides that, I have no idea how the Logistic pipes work :P -

EE3: Requesting Feedback on Balancing Suggestion

I really like it, although it should be done a bit different... There should be kind of "tags", like your keywords, for every item, and for Ender Pearls it would be something like "Magic", and for Iron it would be "Ores". And basically Magic/Ores items can become other Magic/Ores items with a 1:1 ratio. But if you'd use an Ores item to make a Magic one, the ratio would be something like 1 Magic : 4 Ores... Basically the same idea, but a bit different. Great job :) -
Yes, they do, I have found quite some of them.

Is Quantumsuit still the best armor?

Charging them is such a pita, takes ages. What is the best way to charge the PowerSuits? -

GraviSuite, what? Where, I can't find it in NEI... And ehh, does the weight matter with the PowerSuits? -
I agree, I think it is just plain stupid and that you're being a dick if you don't want your mod to be used in a modpack, your mod will get more known by it too...

Place blocks around the oil, place the blocks on the places were water is... That should work.
-
Yea, combustion engines don't work on coal, you should use stirling engines if you wanna have a coal powered quarry. Combustion engines run on lava, oil and fuel (<-- most efficient) and need to be cooled with water, if not, there will be a quite big explosion.

Red power cell / Quarry / Energy generation question.
Gio² replied to Danju's topic in Tekkit Lite Discussion
You could make a creative world and try to make the power cell explode. Well, I read that the quarry can go up to 32 MJ/t, meaning that you'll need 8 Combustion engines to make it run at max speed. The quarry will mine then 2 blocks per second. But I'm sure 2 combustions will make it go very fast too. -
Title: Buildcraft tanks not storing any liquids. Version: 0.5.1 OS: Windows 7 Java Version: 7 Description of Problem: Whenever I try to transport any kind of liquid into the tanks, they just stay inside the pipes and not enter the tanks. It happens only to fuel to me, but as you can see in this thread: http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/storage-tanks-not-storing.36154 It happens with all the liquids and it doesn't matter what way or side I get it in. Though, it does work when I break a tank and replace it, although I have to do it every time I log on my world. Pic: Error Messages: Error Log:

It doesn't work that way anymore, the Rancher only milks and cuts wool now. To get the meat and leather you'll need to kill them. The Grinder can do that automatically for you.
-
Blaze, that didn't work either :L Gotta be a bug, gonna post it at the bug section.

I got exactly the same, but my oil does go in tanks, but my fuel doesn't... Pic:

Whenever I cleare my cache at "options" in the launcher, I lose all my waypoints I set with Rei's minimap D: Is this normal? I don't think it was like this with the classic Tekkit.
