The Dev's have said on many occasions that they do not condone ripping off of Minecraft and have deliberately made the launcher to work only after at least 1 successful Mojang log in, initially it wouldn't run at all without a log in iirc. And I quote directly from their intro-screen "This is a GREAT alternative to the technic pack and tekkit because you don't have to have there shitty spout installer. So if you don't like spout or have a cracked Minecraft account you can still use this pack and run minecraft just fine." (my emphasis) There's one reason that I don't think this is compatible with the launcher. I know a lot of idiots on the 'net go on about Technic stealing but this is something the gang have actively avoided. Good on them.

Yep 3 sided die were basically prisms and it was just highly unlikely they'd lad on an end. There were even 2 sided die, some people called them 'coins'.

When I was 17 in the sixth form at school we a special computer room. It had a single terminal, bigger than you're average microwave today. It didn't have a screen you typed programs that were printed on hard copy and the program was actually run at the university 15 miles down the road. We were considered very lucky to have it as well. A few years later I was working on military avionic systems that could literally drop a bomb in a bucket, by the time I left at age 40 my unit was trialling equipment for the Eurofighter Typhoon with helmet mounted sights and the ability for the pilot to look over his shoulder and target another aircraft to the side of him and for the missile to come off the rail and turn 90 degrees to engage. Yep things move on. I don't just remember rotary dials, I remember exchanges not being able to handle the demand and people sharing lines.

Sorry to answer this thread after perpetulgamer has asked for it to be killed but I would like to add something that I don't think anyone else has. Many of these modders are learning their craft as programmers, where they get their inspiration from is less important than the effort and skill that goes into their creation. I have no idea whether Eloraam is 4500 years old and worked on Stonehenge or whether she is a talented teenager, she has made real progress as a programmer and done it in such away as actually helps others by her participation in forge. A similar argument goes on in almost every field of human endeavour. I can just imagine it now "You morons are probably the same ones who think Ug's cave art is a copy of grunt's cave art."
