I don't think redstone engines provide enough energy to run a quarry. Try using steam or combustion engines.

Why would you need to buy another account to play online? Unless you mean your brother needs an account. In which case, there is a way for you to avoid paying for the new account. Have him pay for it.

Because that's the way you wrote it? You have a valid point, but a problem comes in when players decide to be the explorative type and still use, or rather abuse, EE2. Which forces other explorative-type players who would otherwise not use EE2 to use it if they wish to remain competitive.

You seem to be insistent on the idea that it's banned from most servers for being too popular. This is wrong.

It works like the original Equivalent Exchange 1 transmutation system (ex. put Minium Stone in crafting table with 4 clay, receive 1 iron ingot). If you use the recipe lookup feature of NEI the transmutation recipes will be under "Shapeless Crafting."

Well, obviously you'll need a form of generator that isn't dependent on the time of day. Perhaps a series of geothermal generators fueled by lava lakes would work? Maybe a cluster of standard generators supplied charcoal (or scaffolds if you like autocrafting) automatically via automated wood farming? Then again, a nuclear reactor might serve your energy needs well. Or you could just install more solar panels and MFSUs so that there's never a shortage of energy but that's no fun.

You could use a Minium Stone (crafted from 8 Minium Shards [obtained as drops from mobs] surrounding an Inert Stone [crafted from a gold ingot surrounded by 4 smoothstone in the corners and 4 iron ingots in the remaining slots]) to transmute the cobble/dirt/gravel. Rubberwood can be used in an extractor to get rubber, if I remember correctly.

You could try installing Optifine and see if that helps.

I think you may be misinterpreting Thunderdark's little policy thing there. It reads to me like he doesn't want other people making money off his work, rather than he doesn't want it in modpacks because he'll lose something. Not to mention he doesn't even have any adfly links in his mod post. Not that any of that stuff matters though since we weren't using Thunderdark's MFFS. We were using Immibis's. And now that's Advanced Repulsion Systems. Which we have.

Do not ask others to find you a Tekkit server. You can use the small scale recruitment thread to find a person to play with if you wish.
