IDFix Minus thread states that not all mods are appeciative of its methods for changing IDs and that if there is an issue where this won't fix it that you will need to add the mods by themselves to get them the IDs they want, then add the rest of them.

Was it at the exact same location as the broken one? Are you using any tools/weapons/items while breaking it besides the pick?

If you want chisel marble stairs you will need to make carpenter stairs and apply the marble block to them. There is no naturally generating chisel based marble as it was replaced with Artifice marble

Did you add it not only into server but into the client side as well?

Also, it seems saturation modifier isn't an important factor in this mod and it boils down to the hunger restored. Also, keep in mind that dividing the hunger restored by 2 will give you the number of meat pops/haunches/etc it restores. Also, since I was reading the code, the names are what is found in-code and may not fully represent the in-game name, but if they're off just a bit they should still be noticeable. If anything was missed, let me know.

I highly discourage the use of the crafting pipes due to the massive amount of issues I, and others, have experienced with them causing anything from the game crashing, missing items, failure to do anything and potential chunk corruption (happened once to me during a test, it was weird, and a once-off, but should be mentioned anyway)

Which recipes are you speaking about? From what I know of galacticraft, there is nothing that explicitly require invar or electrum to be made.

Issues with sphax? Post on the sphax forum. Chances are you didn't install the texture pack correctly with the appropriate patch, etc etc. Make sure you re-read their guide for installing it and if you still have issues, talk to them.

Tesseracts will not transport oxygen. The only way it would work is if it would be registered as a liquid (it isnt). You can however use tanks like the above post mentions through tesseracts on the item send/receive.

I've had a few people report that using an enhanced portal to go there (or any other witchery dimension) caused some issues with the mod. I would avoid doing this on any world you may want to keep in the event it causes damage that is difficult to recover from.

Just a future note to those who may end up here: If for some weird reason you cannot use MCEdit, you can also go into the world folder and delete the DIM prefixed folder associated with the station. This will essentially delete the dimension altogether and should regenerate as if new. This method would be more of a last resort.

This behaviour can also be disabled via the config file.
