ProjRed|Core{4.2.2.19} [ProjectRed] (projectredbase-1.6.4-4.2.2.19.jar) ProjRed|Core{4.3.2.26} [ProjectRed] (projectredbase-1.6.4-4.3.2.26.jar) Multiple versions of the same mods installed, you probably forgot to clear out your old mod folder before bringing in the new mods. If you have any more trouble, please post updates on the tracker (it's easier to follow there).

The bukkit version is probably easiest, I'm not sure there's even any others - get MCPC+ (which will allow you to use bukkit plugins) then just use that version of worldedit.

Multiplayer Series! Need YouTubers!

I don't think you're looking at the same channel I am, xtra, looks legit to me - looks like he did a lot of minecraft tutorial videos which built up a solid base over the last couple years. -
Attack of the B Team 1.0.9b and 1.0.9c Do Not Launch
Loader replied to brindleboy's topic in Attack of the B-Team
You're running the wrong java version, syrkaz, remove 1.6 and install 1.7 (1.7 may be installed but it's using 1.6 in this example so you'll need to get rid of that to make sure it doesn't use it). Please use the tracker for this kind of thing if it doesn't fix it (or if you're browsing this thread), it's easier to keep an eye on there. -
Any hints?

Error when starting server (V1.0.9C) PLEASE HELP!
Loader replied to adamcool9234's topic in Attack of the B-Team
That's not the only mod in 1.0.9c that needs Java 1.7, so it's worth updating Java anyway, for the record. -
Cool, so you hadn't reset the pack yet, and you only tried servers you'd been on before?

Attack of the B Team 1.0.9b and 1.0.9c Do Not Launch
Loader replied to brindleboy's topic in Attack of the B-Team
The crash report is created in a folder when it goes back to the launcher, randamstuf, if you follow the link in my sig you can see how to find it. Warblock, please do on the tracker and we'll try to help -
Good to know For my own interest, had you tried resetting the pack already and do you mind answering that server question, please? It might help other people in future.

Please post with your crash reports on the tracker so we can take a proper look (not all the techies look here in this forum). -
This is a repost of something madbrad21 posted on the tracker a few days ago, I figured it was really helpful to have so I'm reposting it here, thank madbrad for this, not me If you've got none of those (sometimes you won't if it's crashed in the launcher before starting minecraft), you can find the launcher logs by clicking on the cog in the top right of the Technic Launcher and clicking the logs button. The latest file is usually the one you want. Once you've got it, you can paste it here; http://paste.ubuntu.com/ and it'll give you a link which you can put in the forums (that makes reading it easier for us and also allows you to paste large amounts of info which you can't do on the forums). If you've got a problem downloading a modpack (including attack of the B-Team). You'll find the most help here; http://forums.technicpack.net/tracker/project-1-technic-launcher/ If you can download it but not run it, you can find help for that here; http://forums.technicpack.net/tracker/project-4-attack-of-the-b-team/ If you can run it but you're struggling with something actually in the game, post here in this forum

I'm currently thinking it's an invalid item - something in your inventory rather than the world if it's happening on multiple different servers. There's a few books that spawn with you when you start a new map, so I'm guessing it's something clientside with one of those. The next thing to do is to try resetting your pack if you haven't already (restart your computer first, then open the launcher, click the cog under the menu option for b-team and pick the reset pack option). I have another question too; are you trying new servers when you do this or ones you've been to before?

when i make a new world it shuts down, it's annoying
Loader replied to bobby4266's topic in Attack of the B-Team
Yeah, the latest one, it's easiest to open it, copy then paste here; http://paste.ubuntu.com/ And then let us know the link it gives you here so we can see it. -
They've installed worldedit, it's not a standard part of B-Team.

You have to edit the morph.cfg file found here to change keys; %AppData%.technicmodpacksattack-of-the-bteamconfig The numbers you see are the LWGL keycodes (for example 26 = [ ), find a list here; http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Key_codes

It could be, canskyline, that was a problem in 1.0.8 for some people. Are you on 1.0.8 or 1.0.9c? Can you post the log so I can make sure it's the problem I'm thinking of?
-
Under the menu option in the launcher for B-Team you'll see a gear, click that and it'll come up with a new screen. Click the radio button for manually picking a version, the dropdown box will stop being grayed out. Use the dropdown box to pick the version you want (probably 1.0.8). Save changes, choose play button, say yes when it asks you if you want to update.

Double-check you've got the correct chalk for your circles, and double-check you haven't made the circles incorrectly, that's usually what that means. It grabs the items, checks if they're in the list, if they're not it'll give the error, if they are it'll check the circles, if they match what it's expecting it'll work, if not it'll give the error. The rite of binding does require the toad in the circle, too.

B-Team 1.0.9c Crash On Startup - Your Answer
Loader replied to HalestormXV's topic in Attack of the B-Team
In all honesty JRE is probably where you should advise people to go first (it's smaller and less complex so in theory less likely to have problems), but I've always had better results with JDK on MacOS so I tend towards that. It's possible that I've simply been lucky, or I've only had problems because mostly machines use JRE and that's why I hit problems with it more, but I've had so few problems with the JDK there it's getting hard to think it's just a coincidence. The way I tend to think of it is this; (this is my current opinion) If you've got one shot (strange or difficult install situation), you're pressed for time, or you've already got JRE installed, try JDK. If you've got problems with JDK, remove the other VM's then if you've still got problems try JRE. -
B-Team 1.0.9c Crash On Startup - Your Answer
Loader replied to HalestormXV's topic in Attack of the B-Team
You know, now that I think about it I've seen that problem in a lot of MacOS versions to the point that for MacOS I often go straight for the JDK if there's anything odd at all with the JRE, so good call there. I even used the JDK in my suggestions of what people download with MacOS problems without even thinking about it. I'm surprised it's still a thing with Mavericks, but I guess it's not exactly all friendliness between Oracle and Apple so I shouldn't be surprised really. Oracle isn't cool with doing free work making it play nice with MacOS, and Apple isn't cool with doing free work for Oracle making their platforms play nice, both are reasonable points but it kinda sucks all round for users. -
Ah. Ok - Hexxit is based on Minecraft 1.5.2 and will connect to Hexxit servers also on 1.5.2, B-Team is on 1.6.4 and connects to other B-Team servers on 1.6.4, it won't ever be able to run in 1.5.2 with these mods (or at least not these versions in the best cases) and it'll never be able to connect to Hexxit servers. Does that help?

Yep, it's the oven itself, this happens if it's got an item in it that it can't cook. You can remove it with a pickaxe and replace it (and be careful not to use non-vanilla foods again in there) or remove the block in a program like MCEdit. Halestorm put up a config you can use which will allow those items in future, but still be careful not to put ores or something in there '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

Oh wow, that error takes me back - I saw it in Minecraft years ago, didn't know it was still a thing (used to be caused by a bug they fixed though). Couple questions now; 1: How much RAM do you have set in the launcher? (click cog in top right) 2: How much RAM does the game indicate when playing? (press F3 in game, should say an amount in the top right, screenshot of that is fine). Edit: Do you have a texture/resource pack like PureBDCraft installed?
-
Yeah, post that output-client.log on here; http://paste.ubuntu.com/ and let me know the link, that's the next bit I need to see.

I don't really use skype except for work, you don't want to be on that list of people (I charge them money ). This is the easiest way to find me for this kind of thing by far.
