Make sure you have 64 bit java. Give the launcher 2-3gb (launcher cog wheel, top right)

Disable anything else that's running, firewalls, AV, whatever. I'll look at that monster log file later. -

Nevermind. Saw I'm in classic, not standard... If you like tekkit standard there's a great guide stickied in it's sub-forum. I'm sure that there are guides and videos that cover the major mods of this pack. Google around a bit. -

What java do you have? If it's old, update to the latest 64 bit version, and remove all others. -
Need a bit more detail. Pastebin a crashlog. It is possible you just are not waiting enough.

Reduce launcher ram to 3gb, giving it lots more is counter-productive. Do you have other things running while you are launching things? AV scans? Lots of browser tabs? Calculating pi? -

Perhaps it's a hidden folder and you can't see it. Did you remove or update telepads?

Rasberry Pi's look like lots of fun, I should get one and play sometime. Kudo's on getting a minecraft server to work on one. Can you ping the Pi from another PC on your local network?

Your bin folder needs the forge universal jar named as modpack.jar. Get the 1.7.10 forge, and name it that. Also, in your mods folder, get rid of the (1) on the end of the lucky blocks jar. Nothing should be in coremods, 1.7.10 doesn't use that folder at all. Move the contents into the mods folder. Remove the __MACOSX folder, it contains a duplicate of most everything, and isn't needed. Your telepads mod is for 1.6.4, find the 1.7.10 version, if there is one. Be sure to increment your version number after uploading fixes.

I had this problem, turned out to be a language setting was changed somehow. For future reference, what tipped you off that he has a cracked launcher?

Everytime you upload a new modpack.zip for your users to download, you need to increment the version number, that's how the launcher knows you made a change and it should offer an update.

After making the changes and uploading your fixed client pack, did you increment the version number? You also have the codechickcore for 1.8, you want the latest 1.7.10 Your animation api jar has a (1) at the end, get rid of that. Something else changed, it wants a later version of ichuntutil than it did last time, 4.2.2 worked for me.

Which version did you download? I just tried from latest down to v2.01 and none launch for me either. Anyone know if this pack is maintained anymore? I think you might be better off searching for a newer, custom pack built around the mods from Hexxit you like.

I looked, you are missing lots of dependencies. 1) Get the 1.7.10 version of cofhcore from Teamcofh http://teamcofh.com/downloads/ 2) Get the voltzengine mod. http://minecraft.curseforge.com/mc-mods/227048-voltz-engine/files/2235259 3) Openblocks is missing its library http://www.curse.com/mc-mods/minecraft/228815-openmodslib/2231045 4) and iChunutil http://ichun.us/mods/ichunutil/ get 4.1.0 5) Animation API http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/1289836-animationapi-animate-your-entities-v1-2-3 With these additions, your pack launches.

400+ mods??? By the time it finishes loading, all the mods will have updated versions.... And the Sun will have burned out. You're lucky that occasional chunk loading problems is your biggest issue. Try fastcraft, if it's not in not in there somewhere. Or updated graphics drivers. Hard to troubleshoot such an immense pack.
