  1. I wouldn't say "resigned", I'd say "on hiatus". I'm getting a full time job soon, and school on top of that, I won't have much time for texturing. I may do stuff every now and then though. Edit: Thanks. :)
  2. Nah, seriously. These guys did like 80% of it, including fixing my (frequent) screw-ups.
  3. That's MAtmos. It means nothing, you can ignore it. I disable MAtmos on principle, as the sounds get really annoying.
  4. First, back up your worlds. Then, delete your .techniclauncher, redownload, and restore your backed up saves. Problems solved, probably.
  5. :) is a low effort post, so I'm not just posting .
  6. Eh, Equivalent Exchange. I used to be a huge fan, and I found that it was just Technic: Easy Mode. So, my new rule is I only use EE for EE things, not with other mods. But RM furnaces aren't fun. See, the goal is to have the lava pool be barely big enough to jump over, and the quantum suit spat out from high in the air, that way, the peasants have a slight chance of getting a free quantum suit, and a good chance of dying in lava.
  7. It's www.technicPACK.net. Not www.technicLAUNCHER.net. Hope I helped, have a good one.
  8. My favorite seed is "LazDude2012FTW". It spawns you in a mountainous jungle with a swamp, ocean, and desert nearby. Past the desert is Extreme Hills. and on the other side of the jungle is a snow biome.
  9. Color ALL the lamps? Nah, what I usually try for is an automatic HV Solar factory. Then a frame machine placing those HV Solars in the world, with glass fibre cable, hooked up to a massfab. Then, use the massive amounts of UU Matter to craft quantum suits from scratch, use a few HV Solars to charge them, and then spit them into lava at the end. Then, a golden cane (gold sword will do) to beat the peasants with. Yay capitalism!
  10. Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge. Probably one of the best flight games on the Xbox. Star Wars: Dark Forces. Amazing old-school shooter. Supreme Commander and SupCom: Forged Alliance. The best strategy games ever, of all time. Full stop.
  11. I'm handing this off to Glow and Zic, they're much better at it than me. I may still texture the occasional mod, but till then, peace out guys. :)
  12. Turtles. Turtles with a location program and an inventory of nukes. The single most dangerous long range weapon. All you need to do is program it a bit, go to a location, deploy nuke, redstone signal. Rinse, repeat.

    EMC Pipes

I vote the latter. Not giving a damn is my style.

    EMC Pipes

Yeah, Eloraam, while supposedly one of the more cool modders, gets butthurt almost to Sengir levels when someone writes a mod that dares to try and be compatible with hers.
  15. It was another shameless plug. But for helpful information, you can use Buildcraft temporarily, and to protect from overflows, use a loop with insertion pipes.
  16. <another shameless plug> Even a halfway finished world is more beautiful when viewed through the lens of JohnSmith Technician's Remix. </asp>
  17. Not true. They provide Norton, they don't force you to use it. I have Comcast as well, and I won't touch Norton with a 10-foot pole.
  18. McAfee and AVG have the same issue. And the JAR is not monitored as closely. Seriously, get avast! free antivirus, or Microsoft Security Essentials. They're both free, and the both do a better job than Norton, McAfee, or AVG and with less false positives.
  19. It actually does. Norton has false positives everywhere, and generally refuses to run programs properly if it's not heard of them.
  20. The fictional pro-human terrorist organisation? You expected them to help you? Try again.
  21. It's ok. If he comes back, I'll whip him up a pie so pieful, he'll never know what flavor it was after it hit him.
  22. 42.5: If, using WorldEdit, you accidentally place a TileEntity in the Void, Minecraft will crash every time you load that map from then on. (may also work with deployers, for ultimate griefing) 42.65: There are 3 rules to The Game. 42.65a: #1: You are always playing The Game. The Game never stops, and you cannot stop playing The Game. 42.65b: #2: When you think about The Game, you lose The Game. 42.65c: #3: Loss of the Game must be announced in some way. 42.75: Tip numbers don't necessarily have to be integers 42.85: C# is possibly the best programming language ever. Of all time. 42.95: Faster than light travel isn't our current problem, deceleration from FTL is. 43.05: Everyone loves a flamewar. Go ahead, try it! I'll start first: Dubstep sucks.
  23. 81: Yeah, that would be rather awesome, if my computer could handle it.
  24. All 9001 of them? Even you couldn't troll that many within a minute.
  25. 77: Because the word hasn't gotten out there yet. 78: Zombie Pigmen, when aggro'd, aren't just hostile to the player that aggro'd them, they're hostile to everyone.
