Your issue is it being 1.14.4. Technic Launcher does NOT support Forge past 1.13.

"Failed to login: Bad Login" That has absolutely zero to do with redpower. That's not even a crash. That's your game telling you to log out of the launcher and to log back in.

Update Immersive Hempcraft, the version you are using is outdated and incompatible with the version of Immersive Engineering you are using. If the updated version of Imm Hempcraft doesn't work either, remove it, as it is too outdated to use. No update since 24th of October 2018.

For future reference: Download Optifine from the wiki (which links to optifine site) Put optifine download in the hexxit bin folder for ease of use Open modpack.jar with Winrar/7zip/etc. Open optifine download with Winrar/7zip/etc. Copy ALL the files/folders from the optifine download into the modpack.jar Delete the META-INF folder from the modpack.jar Open the minecraft.jar with Winrar/7zip/etc. Delete META-INF as well Close all screens Start modpack
