Ive seen both extremes so far where players log on and hide in their caves long enough to produce enough to start their own towns, and i seen players totally demolished

I care not for the logic behind minecraft rather the thrill/fun of the game. who cares about a player who can hold 100s of blocks in his inventory. Only reason i posted on this thread was to correct the mistakes in the calculations, it wasn't meant to be taken seriously or offensively... silly fools.

Torezu is right when you heat your components to a limit where the computer shuts down your components reached their critical point. For materials where dimensions are critical this is important, A material which reaches its critical point (thermodynamic wise) will not return to its original shape or form, and in term of your computer it seems that they have been damaged due to thermal expansion.If you know electrical formulas efficiency of transistors and cables relies on their physical dimensions. Unless you can apply the same exact amount of energy reversibly in a isotropic process for your ceramic materials in your computer and for your chip-sets you will need to do a reversed anisotropic with about 6Bar of pressure. For your metallic components you will need to do a polytropic or isentropic process.. you might need to calculate your sub-cooling temperatures remember this is key, you will need to make a apparatus to mount these components in an isolated system. My thought are re-do your math? summary: - Horsepower is a measurement of the rate work is done, not raw engine power. Break Horsepower is the measurement of Horsepower at the output shaft in this case a 4 stroke combustion engine using angular mechanics (BHP, raw power before mechanical transmission) You can't calculate torque in MC since there's no definite Pi at the level of the machines (cubed world no angular mechanics) - Your time in minecraft is different since your time conversion irl to the world of minecraft is different, your power calculations are all obsolete. -your calculations to BTU are also wrong since you dropped the BTU/M when converting from Watt to BTU you cant do this, where is your time constant? show me where it says this?, BTU isnt a rate of change therefore it is not a rate of work, its magnitude of energy.

i believe the best way of disabling them without messing with permissions is just setting the item data values to 0 in the config, thou don't quote me on it since i never had to deal with EE (blocking Item) since i just disabled it completely on my server.

you want to be running a tekkit server, technic is Single player so lets start there.. Install java 7... you might need to up date your repositories... theres alot.. i might consider making a guide.

Lol 4G for 25-30 players? do you have almost all your tekkit mods disabled or what? BTW go to some server OPs in the server section see their server slots in relation to their hardware and their disabled mods + plugins it should give you an idea of what you need to disable to avoid a lot of lag.
