  1. We can't help you. This is a terrible post and you should be ashamed. Not only does it give us exactly zero usable shreds of information, it also fails to meet any quality standards for posting we're trying to maintain here. I'll give you another shot at posting this problem and seeking help. Read the rules, read the stickies and try again. If you can't show a little intelligence of your own, no one will think it's worth their time to help you. Help us help you.
  2. Use a different web browser. Your problem is probably explorer.

  4. And another one was out yesterday. Forgot to mention. It updates every Wednesday and Friday pretty reliably now though. The guy who was bad at updating it on time doesn't do it anymore, and Hannah does it now. She's way better.
  5. Embrace your new identity as "Player".
  6. Balgor the Warrior dies after the end boss.
  7. Deleting your history and cookies and all that can also potentially work as an alternative.
  8. Passive aggressiveness is pretty much what I look for. As long as you're not being a smug dick about correcting people, or acting like you have some kind of authority when you're just a standard member. The only people who have any grounds to act like smug dicks are the moderation staff.
  9. It actually does have some sort of warn system involving "karma" but like hell if we're going to bother with it. Ocellatusa's got a good head on his shoulders.
  10. We've been kellering since the forums opened. This goes deeper then you might think. That they have a definite source within the Yogscast community is what you've been lead to believe. Keep searching for the truth. Don't stop here, and don't let them silence or blind you.
  11. OH! That's what announce topic does. Well now we know. Sorry everyone.
  12. Hello everyone. I wanted to share a few interesting stats with you all. We get people from all over the world here who all have different interests and opinions. Many come to these forums in search of different things. Fixes for bugs, gameplay help, or even just a quality community to hang out in. This thread is for those who come here searching for a different grail. This thread is for the DJ Turntable, T-Shirt, and Water Strainer enthusiasts that patron our forums! We would like to celebrate those users and encourage their interest in such diverse topics! While those percentages may seem small, understand that technic gets a very large amount of traffic. In the spirit of making these forums a great and relevant place for everyone who visits, allow me to take the time to show my gratitude for their patronage and help them reach their destinations. 13. But it does allow you to. If no internet connection is detected, it asks if you would like to run offline. It works exactly like the vanilla minecraft offline mode, so uh good luck I guess?
  14. Hmm. I don't know how those slipped through. Its supposed to be all video game and computer ads. I did get baby item kijiji ads though.
  15. Re: I will pay you $20 to help me make a tiny IC2 addon And in the future, you should ask permission to post a thread like this. I'll leave it up though. We take no responsibility for transactions between forums users in any way.
  16. The launcher has offline mode which behaves the same as the regular MC client. If no net connection is detected, it launches in offline mode. You don't play using the launcher. The launcher closes once you select which pack you want to use (technic, tekkit, vanilla, yogbox, etc). A regular instance of minecraft using the selected mods runs after that. Not sure what the problem is.
  17. Yes probably. We cant provide support for that however. Maybe someone has made a guide. Out of curiosity, why would you rather use the vanilla client over the launcher?
  18. Yes. Download all the mods yourself and patch them into the regular vanilla minecraft client.
  19. That's what the entire community has been doing lately. HEYO!
  20. Try just zipping the whole .techniclauncher folder and copying it over to the other computer and putting it in the same spot. I have no idea if that will work but this isn't something we normally help with. There's a chance it will.
  21. Hell it might be possible but I don't really think so. Can you not just get him to sign you in on the other computer?
  22. red-wiring is exponentially more simple then vanilla red powder, even though it looks more complicated. You can do a zillion things with it that are impossible in vanilla, sometimes just because it can be condensed into a tighter space alone, let alone when you add in bundled cable. I'm not super great at MC'ing but I found redwire very easy to pick up and get the hang of. It gets tricky when you add in the logic gates, but when compared to what you'd have to do in vanilla do get the same effect, it's not even close to the same level of difficulty. You also wont need a giant ugly warehouse full of dirt blocks covered in red torches and powder just to do anything fancier then sending a direct current.
  23. New comic is out. Pretty happy with the art.
