Wanna play this game? Alright, I'm up. First, some picture evidence : Aww, so pretty, isn't she? Just to make it clear, all spiders have the same head configuration, apart that they have varying quantities of eyes. Thus, this giant tarantula can be used as an example. Now, as you can see there are two fangs right there, that are used to sting preys. You could think they are constituents of the mouth, but the two small furry legs they're on are separate from the mouth, those two limbs are actually called chelicera, and are like the ninth and tenth arms of the spiders. All spiders that can sting got them (Most of them). The mouth is hidden about behind the fangs, and is a pretty small thing, and is used a bit like a straw, to suck the liquefied proteins of the spider's meals (The venom of spiders is often used by them to dissolve the meat and organs of their preys to make it easier to eat). In other words, spiders can't bite, they sting. That's what I call "Information overload overkill". Thanks for the good feels Jorcer, but I can handle myself.

First, go see a doctor. From your description (that is probably exaggerated by stress or pain, it's normal), it might be something serious. If you can't go see a doctor right now : Where do you live? (Country) How long ago were you stung? Did you see the spider stinging you? What was her size, color, amount of hair etc. And again, go visit a doctor as soon as possible, you should probably go in the emergency.

Yeah, that's exactly the point. Saves you a bunch of time and paper!

Talking about Evangelion, ever saw the reboot movies? They're amazing in every sense of the term.

Remember you can craft two descriptive books to make a new one; This'll save you a lot of time when searching for rare symbols.

Well, lava can kind of do that, and sand/gravel at a smaller extent. The invisible to players not having technical items does sound good though. The dart traps with infinite arrows are really just dispensers filled with arrows. Honestly, do you think anyone will fall in the same trap 396 times? The statues are just dispensers with eggs in them.

Do overclockers make recyclers produce less scrap?
Xylord replied to ZedsDead's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
Yeah, overclockers get very power hungry, very fast. -
These kind of forums always have a... repulsive organization. But that's about as good as it can get without being obnoxious for the experienced users, and you get used to it, don't worry. Also, this is very nice to see this kind of attitude, I too think that being a minimum of courteousness should be respected everywhere, even on the Internet. Rarely do I see someone react so positively to Neowulf's rather... harsh way of sharing what is, sadly the truth. He could have certainly been less aggressive about it (No offense Neo ). I could see this question better in the Cafe Lame section. Also, you probably know that multi-posts are *allowed* when answering multiple persons one after the other, but that's more an excuse for involuntary multi-posts than a part of the rule. In short,it's always preferable to edit your post if yours is the last one in the thread. Cheers! Also, Greg's Lighting is pretty good. ;)

Do overclockers make recyclers produce less scrap?
Xylord replied to ZedsDead's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
Just some bad luck. Whatever the situation, the recycler has one chance to create a scrap from an item out of eight. It can vary a bit, of course, but it doesn't have to do with overclockers. -
Same story here; I like the good, badass action shows, like DragonBall, Neon Genesis etc, without any sort of weird fetish. You sound almost disappointed nobody has bitten in your flame bait. Let me explain myself : Saying something is dumb without any sort of arguments, experience in the matter, or knowledge in the subject at hand is never the best way to create a discussion. I'm not saying that was your initial intention though. Also, one of the main differences between occidental and oriental animation is that the occidental one is almost exclusively directed to younger audiences, whereas Japanese is for adults, most of the times. Obviously, I'm not talking about porn here, what I mean is that there are many very smart, brain-twisting, violent and mature anime out there. Watch Death Note, and go tell me all anime is dumb. My 2 cents. :P

How Can I Buff Generators etc (the EU they produce)
Xylord replied to Abysinian's topic in Server Op Swap Shop
That is perfectly true, there's far more separate packets going around. But the lag created by that is very small, unnoticeable on most servers. Plus, it makes for better looking solar centrals and more creative energy making means. -
Exactly. Also, a reason for not giving ETA's is that everything is always uncertain. You know that one dev could go on holidays, or a new incompatibility could appear out of nowhere and such things, delaying the release and raising shitstorms all over. Also, I would LOVE to see Kaker dance Gangnam style on his golden yacht.
-
Industrial information panels don't need actual EU, only a continuous redstone signal. And to do that, just flick a lever aside the redstone wiring. You might want to know that redstone wire haven't got anything to do with EU. The first is a ON/OFF signal, the other is actual energy.

Ah damn it, a cute kitten image thread. Let's see, how to destroy the evening of any cat-lover? Ah, let me dig up this old picture from a Chinese restaurant. Mmmh, cat stew. There's nothing better after a day of kitten-picture browsing.

Way to Reverse the Build of the Quarry?
Xylord replied to Travis51's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
But, don't fillers leave a frame around the zone they worked into? And then, you must have another filler remove those new frames, and the new frames gotta be removed by yet another filler, and it goes on, and on, and on... -
Wow, I didn't even know that Bose did speakers at all, I thought they only made headphones. Anyway, when I need speakers I just let my headphones rest on my neck, and turn the volume up to eleven. Even more on topic, I will go with Adler, and tell you that Logitech does pretty damn good speakers.

I'd recommend this video : And the rest of the series to grasp the basic aspects of the pack. For one, I can tell you that the MFSU produces high voltage, which is why your machines explode. Replace it with a batbox for now, and watch some tutorials. ;)

Eh, all good I guess. Don't forget to use the edit function when you want to add something to what you said. Double posting is frowned upon around here.

Oh, absolutely not, I was talking about my own douchebaggery. People often consider "Let me google that for you" links displeasing, so I wanted to cast aside the offense I might have made. Edit : Now I feel weird for being nice with the guy who called me an asswipe. I'll forget about it if you edit it out. Anyway, Technic is textually the same as Tekkit, with two mods or so being different, and having the addition of thaumcraft and mo'creatures. Also, Duncan's tutorials are made with Tekkit if I remember well.
-
Was it so hard? Douchebaggery aside, Duncan's tutorials on youtube are pretty good for beginners, and Direwolf20 is excellent for mastering the most advanced mods.

Good practice is listening to some Rammstein. I don't even talk German, and I feel totally ehrfürchtig just by listening to them! ;D
