  1. Also, I'm curious, how do compact solars make lag? I don't see why they'd be any laggier than a big nuclear reactor.
  2. Bad stuff? We're grinding bones into bonemeal everyday, and we don't feel like monsters for it.
  3. Pun intended? Or common typo? Those are the kind of questions that all men must ask some day.
  4. I think the NEI config has the cheat mode already enabled in the latest release of Technic/Tekkit.
  5. Hm, do you think it would be possible to put a panel/cover (Whichever is the thinnest, I don't remember) on the cable to hide as much as possible, and still getting the guy zapped?
  6. Now, that's really neat stuff, but I wonder though, what is the range? Good job anyway. ;)
  7. Well, of course you can. That's probably why we have a LP section in the forum.
  8. First, it's NEI. Next, search "alch" in the search bar. What do you get?
  9. Oh, he is, I was just criticizing myself.
  10. College's started, so I'm not really there at all lately anyway. OT, How many panels can you put together without losing all your energy due to cable loss, and using tin cables? I'd estimate 40*3+2=122, but I'm not sure if the fartest away panels will still send a noticeable quantity of energy; can packets go into decimals?
  11. I know right? Back on Technic battles, I wanted to make a nice, giant solar energy center with dozens of panels, but my other members kept bugging me about making it an array. And you know what was the result. XD
  12. Alright, sorry. That bit of backseatting was unnecessary.
  13. Man, every time you do that, I picture a one of those little birds that pecks at a lion (or lioness) to get some scraps of food. Never saw one getting caught, but Merchant has very fast paws, I know it since I played Okami. TL;DR : This joke got old fast, here and on the other half of the Internet.
  14. The only way I know of to insta kill anyone in Quantum Armor is sadly a nuke related. Make a big, about 200 nukes high column and place redwire in a way so that every nuke will be activated at the same time at the flick of a switch. Then, activate them all and start counting. Right when they're about to explode, try starting to jump for better results. Also, be sure to be placed right over them. After the explosion, you'll have to wait a minute or two until your comp finishes processing all the explosions (Mine didn't, but it might crash some computers). Then, when the game resumes, you'll be about 30 kilometers high (I will mention that the nukes weren't even close to killing me) and falling. While you're becoming a living meteorite, you should have the time to read a few pages of a book. Then, the contact with the ground should kill you, sprawling the items of your inventory dozen of meters away in all directions. Congratulations! You managed to die in a quantum suit! P.S. This is all experimental data. ;D
  15. I was just wondering, could you have ever heard of a game named "Dofus"?

If not, never mind, but it's because your username is actually one of the classes from the game.

Funny thing is... Me neither. I'm actually from the French part of Canada.

That's cool, I'm from the American part of America.

  16. It's actually the poultry that was named after the country. And I think you'll want to know that the common of mortals thinks the superlative adjective "shittiest" is pretty insulting, as well as fairly racist in this context. Could you please explain your line of thought here? We clearly don't understand this "joke".
  17. The recipe mod is NEI (Not enough items). And the bar at the bottom of the screen is actually a search bar. Just enter a part of the name of the item, and it'll appear. In this example, you'd just type "lava". Edit : By ID, I assumed the item ID of the lava fabricator. Is that wrong?
  18. Oh, you may have actually understood and I didn't see it, but the first orange wool was actually placed in mid air.
  19. Ah, it'll go away in about a month. Just stay in line until then and you'll be alright. ;D
  20. Tssk. Not talking about piracy is in the rules. Plus, Terraria is the kind of game whose developers really merit some recognition. I mean, I wouldn't care one bit if someone pirated a CoD, but come on, a 15 bucks Indie game made by a guy communicative with his community... But once again, this is a bit against the rules.
  21. I *think* they can place it in the air... You could also use some turtles, but that would be a bit more coding. I'm going to test the deployers ASAP. EDIT : The deployers can. One picture speaks a thousand words, here's 3000 words : After first pulse After second pulse
  22. Hey, you should put a bunch of deployers with corresponding colored wool in them, and every time the Nyan cat advances, they each put a block, so there's a rainbow trail behind him... Only problem, that might make him one-way only. But that would be worth it, right?
  23. One word pooooooooooosts!
  24. Also, it's a small team, but it's not as if he made the game on his own. He must've shared with the rest of the team.
  25. The IC2 version is actually a little bit more expensive, since you also need a bunch of flint, and an obsidian (Nobody uses the bricks or the iron blocks...) to make it on top of all the coal dusts.
