Minecraft is pretty badly coded, in such a way that performance computers are very poorly optimized. You might want to try the multi-core version of optifine. If you get it to work, it'll improve your performances grandly. And also do what Torezu's telling you to, with your video card.

I don't know why, but he just has this "talent" (Notice the quotation marks) to communicate his anger to everybody watching his videos, whether they're agreeing or not. A good example of high-quality flamewar created by the scandal you mentioned. Just to make that clear, I find the guy totally pitiful. I find it very sad that some people consider him a spokesman of the atheist community, being one myself.

Actually, no. Even reactor meltdowns won't even chip quantum's durability. The only thing I know of killing a quantum is fall damage, from about 20000 blocks high, maybe more. I know you're dead for sure at 30000 blocks.
