  1. And did you try using the recommended version?
  2. That is good, thanks for clearing that up. Go into your programs and make sure you only have one type of Java (Java 7u9 64bit). If you have others delete them and keep only the 7u9 64bit. Also, the Latest build is broken (as are any that came later) so you can only download the Recommended build (from what I have seen and tested)
  3. Don't use the Latest version, use the recommended version (one down from Latest IIRC)
  4. I just checked and I was able to download it fine. Also, that log looks like it says you don't have a 64bit OS, so try using 32 bit Java (or double checking to see what bit your OS is)
  5. The YogBox is not being updated or supported any more so I wouldn't recommend using that as any type of benchmark. What bit is your Java?
  6. Did you disable Norton? Did you delete your .techniclauncher folder and then redownload? Can you post the new log?
  7. The Launcher runs on Minecraft 1.2.5 (this is the most stable version). There is a dev build out for 1.4.2 but from what I have seen it is not downloading/launching correctly. You need whatever forge version works with the Minecraft version you are running.
  8. This made me very happy :)
  9. I know you said it has been working but try updating your Java to version 7. It really can't hurt and could end up being the issue. If that doesn't work, could you repost the new log (with Java version 7)
  10. .technicpack. Also, if the log is saying you have 32 bit, that is what it THINKS you have. Sometimes it picks the wrong Java and the only way to force it to use the correct one is to uninstall other Java's and then install 64bit.
  11. It appears there is currently an issue with downloading the dev build. Go into options and select the recommended build. That is the only fix that I know of currently.
  12. Oh okay, that clears up some issues. From what I have encountered it seems NVidia cards are the largest culprits. Do you happen to know what settings need to be tweeked?
  13. No, that is not allowed as it would be considered distributing the minecraft.jar file.
  14. Update your Java to version 7 and turn off Norton. Then redownload the pack.
  15. Stop yelling at me! I'm doing my best! Turn off Norton and redownload the pack. Also next time try reading the thing that says COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
  16. Could you post the new log here?
  17. Nope, the downgrade didn't work. That log says you still have Java 7
  18. If you use the search bar on this site, you should be able to find a step by step guide on how to downgrade your Java. Unfortunately I don't own a mac so I can't be of much help.
  19. Downgrade your Java to version 6 (from Apple). If you are still getting the same error, post the log here (the one from after you downgraded) and I will see if there is anything else.
  20. What do you mean? The development version isn't meant to be played... It is for testing only. Also, you can back date the YogBox just like any other pack. Just click options and choose an older build.
  21. Yes, that is what I meant. Not sure why I said Manual, I meant automated... I must be sleep deprived.
  22. If you aren't noticing any unusual drops, you shouldn't need to worry.
  23. In the .techniclauncher folder, then the folder called config, then IC2.cfg
  24. That is the newer one though right? I have only seen it happen with certain types of NVidia cards.
