  1. What the shit, thread hijacking, and not using the report format? take a week off.
  2. Getting used to the site entails reading the rules and the stickies. You aren't "just getting used to the site" You're coming into a community expecting everything to be handed to you on a silver platter.
  3. Bullshit. It's our fault you didn't read the stickies? what kind of brain dead leap of logic led you to that conclusion?
  4. Hm. This thread breaks at least three rules, but i can't help but like it. The main reasoning behind that rule (i think, since i didn't make it.), was to discourage low effort topics. This is clearly not a low effort post. To everyone else reading this: That is not an invitation to spawn a million threads with nothing but "hi im donglord37XXxxXX"
  5. 2.1.0 and 2.1.1 are the same. It was a numbering error if i'm not mistaken. The client version is 2.1.1 and the server version is 2.1.0. The patch should work fine.
  6. Help you arent using the stickies and it's confusing because they are right there in front of your face! how do i turn the shitty threads off?!?! or is this just a virulent plague on mankind?
  7. No, it did not. You either manually selected the dev build, or you set it to always use most recent build. This is all a moot point though. whatever posessed you to store backups for your programs in a location that would be affected by anything that would affect their regulra location, you know not to do that now, right?
  8. Do you know anything about computers? Why would you back up important data in a directory that gets overwritten during updates?
  9. This has gone on more than long enough. The rules are clear about posting without content. You were asked to stop, and instead you got up onto your soapbox to shout about how you think that it's unfair that you don't get to bump your topics without any new content.
  10. Are you seriously telling me that you backed up your programs in the same directory that they go in the first place? That's not a backup. A backup is, by its own nature, elsewhere on the drive, or even off of it, so that in case something happens, you still have it.
  11. This topic has been moved to General Tekkit SMP. [iurl]http://forums.technicpack.net/index.php?topic=10168.0[/iurl]
  12. Whut. Have you looked at the report format? YOU don't need to figure out how to format anything, the sticky tells you exactly how to do that.
  13. Yeah, uh, you realize that you're always supposed to back things up right? Especially labor intensive things like programs you've written.
  14. No it was exactly harsh enough. if you had bothered reading any further than the number, you would have seen that it's a dev build, and not officially released.
  15. Okay, so you're essentially a group of players who would all group up and play on a couple specific servers. That seems reasonable enough. Cafe lame is a fine place for your post for now. If a better place presents itself, we'll move you.
  16. Uh oh, looks like somebody didn't read the rules!
  17. That entirely depends on what the hell it is. What is your purpose, what does your tekkit "corporation" do? answer that, and we'll see.
  18. Jay?

I usually avoid chan speak, but seriously, Lurk Moar.
  19. Try contacting the server operator and asking them to delete your player.dat, as it may be corrupt.
  20. try the report format.
  21. This is hideous. I am ending it. OP Thaumcraft doesnt taint until TC2, which is only in dev builds right now. Please don't play the dev builds unless you are prepared to deal with bugs. Included bugs that make the entire thing not work.
  22. No, steaming was totally correct. One MUST have authorization to steam sexy toon poon.
  23. So you read through ALL the other posts, and decided you were just too important to use the report format? Take a few days off, and try again.
