there's ways around the install location. I'd tell you what they are but they vary by OS and you haven't specified what yours is. suffice to say, make a symbolic link or an NTFS junction point in order to redirect the install location.

I think he's mostly talking about the 7.0.0 build that doesn't even boot due to missing files. even I'm not sure why it's listed in the launcher at this point, not that I'm really in the loop as far as the dev side of thing goes anyway.

look at it this way, the PC has about a bajillion extra quests, monsters, features, items, spells, and tweaks than the xbox ever will in the form of mods. how much you want to bet someone will release a mod that adds the "exclusive" stuff into the PC game?

they are the result of little to no aura and are from thaumcraft. throw some concentrated vis around or plant some more crystals in the chunk, because you have drained the aura completely.

that's because it probably is just vanilla. the first thing you need to do is contact the hosting provider's tech support and ask if it's even possible for you to run tekkit on their service. depending on their setup, it may be difficult or impossible. if it's doable, they should be able to tell you the steps needed for their specific site to get it running, I hope.

if you take "outside website" to mean "any site that isn't this one you're on right now", then saying not to host a file on an outside website followed by instructing people to use an image hosting site, which is also an outside site by that definition is contradictory. if you aren't a pedant though, it makes sense.
