  3. Hi, packs go offline when we an't retrieve their information from solder. This happens usually when there's a problem with your internet, but in this case I think the solder service was being slow or unresponsive. You can try again by restarting the launcher, but but as long as your button says "PLAY" instead of "PLAY OFFLINE" you'll probably be fine just playing. You simply cannot install or update an offline pack.
  4. That shit was too long to read, but why do you have an Industrial Craft 2 crash juxtaposed in an image with Tekkit, which does not contain the mod Industrial Craft 2?
  5. The highest build number we've pushed is build 319. This also doesn't describe any sort of problem at all.
  6. Just for the information of people who are watching this: there wasn't a bug per se. When you attempt to start a launcher in which you have remembered users, it will immediately let you in. We don't require your password again, but we do get a fresh session key from the mojang auth servers each time, in accordance with their auth spec. So what happens if you start up the launcher twice is you'll be logged into the same user on both launcher instances, but only the newest instance will have the latest session key, which is required to play online. The other instance will have an old session key which was invalidated by the newer instance. So if you want to use two different accounts, you should do this: 1. Open two instances of the launcher right away. 2. On the OLDER instance, log out and log in as a new user. This should work okay. In the future, we'll allow you to the option of not auto-logging-in which will make it easier to log in on multiple users.

  15. The beta launcher does support 1.6 and is coming together, but the biggest issue right now holding us up is power crystals & king lemmings' mods not being ported to 1.6 yet, and many mods only supporting 1.6.4 or 1.6.2.

  20. Don't conduits have a 15% energy loss? I don't believe you get the loss transferring back and forth between tesseracts, but you should take a 15% hit when energy first enters the conduit system.

  22. Changes since 1.1.6: Balkon's was downgraded to 1.12. Buildcraft was downgraded to 3.7.1. Code Chicken Core was downgraded to 0.8.7. Ender Storage was downgraded to 1.4.2.12. Applied Energistics was UPgraded to 12.b. And a configuration issue was fixed with greg's lighting: old maps should carry over properly now, let me know if there are still issues.

We've got Project Bench, a direct drop-in replacement for the RP2 project bench, a couple new generators, Logistics Pipes, and Simple Power Storage, by Technic's sct! SPS adds a "Makeshift Energy Cell" which can be used as an early-game alternative to the Redstone Energy Cell!
