Our modpack's primary and ONLY power type is Redstone Flux. No more mucking about with multiple power systems to perform simple tasks. This has allowed us to focus on where mod integration matters - between mods that were MEANT for each other - mods that developers created to specifically be compatible with RF. We are tired of trying to power Thermal Expansion machines with IC2 power, and we know you are, too.
Seriously, why force a square peg in a round hole?


This pack also includes a wide array of various hook-ins and addons for RF based mods, such as Draconic Evolution, Technomancy, Solar Flux, Fluxed Feeder Unit, & more!



Our mod list has been carefully pruned and tested to ensure that all mods are compatible with each other to a point where they actually FEED off of each other!

Because our modpack includes a lot of newer or otherwise unfamiliar mods that are not typically found in standard "kitchen sink" packs, we wanted to assist players with becoming familiar, and help them get out of the rut of the ye olde.

Our quest system is designed to help you explore new mods. Not only that, but these quests will also help give you inspiration as to how to mix mods to yield new, exciting outcomes.

Our modpack offers both new, unique mods as well as some familiar classics. This healthy mix of old and new will keep you familiar enough to make progress, but surprise you around every corner with new ways to do old things. For starters, we don't have BuildCraft. Wait, what!? How will you transport items and fluids, you ask? Refined Relocation and EnderIO, of course!

Our pack was designed with server hosting in mind. We have an official server that has been online for several months. Many of the choices we made during modpack development was based on how stable mods & configs were for servers. If something resulted in incompatibility or crashes, we either removed the source of the issue, or contacted appropriate development teams to resolve the issue.

We are proud to announce that as of version 1.2.0, there will be a server pack download available. Feel free to grab it, drop it on your server, and host a party for your friends! We offer full support for our modpack. If you run into any issues with either single player use or server hosting, feel free to contact us! Your bug finding helps us keep our server stable as well as delivering the most stable versions to the public.

World, Nether, and Twilight Forest worlds are pre-generated to eliminate chunk loading lag.
Very few banned items (we only ban items to resolve conflicts or balance issues)
Server configs are tweaked for max performance.

This server is whitelisted, and will take requests for being added. Simply reach out to us on our website or Teamspeak and we will most likely add you.

We have a one strike policy. We *expect* players to be respectful and mature. There is no grief protection, and we don't need it. Trustworthy players will not ruin gameplay for others, and griefers will simply never be allowed on our server.

Our server's configs and settings runs almost identical to that of our pack's server/client downloads. I will, however, point out some key things that people usually want to know:

All chunk loaders are disabled except for Railcraft's personal anchor. Requires ender pearls to load chunks. Requires the player to be online to load chunks.

We utilize ZERO plugins. Why? Cauldron stopped being updated in Dec '14. That means it can only get buggier! We do, however, use AdminCommandsToolbox, Opis, and Forge Essentials. Basic permission system to keep certain mod commands off limits (or allow players to use certain commands, like cofh friend list) and set custom spawn location. Players also have access to some quality of life commands like /back and /tpa player.

Regarding player ranks: To comply with mod developer licenses and wishes, and to comply with the Minecraft EULA, we do not sell items and features, and never will.



Draconic Evolution wireless energy transceivers crash servers and clients. Has been resolved in latest DE snapshot, and will be included in next pack update.

Updated MineMenu config - more default menus.
Updated keybinds config - most non-vanilla keybinds are disabled by default. Map is set to M. Kami armor is set to U. MineMenu is set to R (hold). Few others left on by default. Currently, most, if not all, keybind conflicts are gone. Will continue to configure keybinds to prevent players from having to rebind their keys.

NEI has been drastically culled. No more clutter from Forge Multipart (panels, covers, strips, etc), no more barrels of every fluid type, etc. All of these redundant items have been reduced to just 1 item each in NEI (for example, typing in facade will only give you 1 facade instead of a facade for EVERY block type in the game.)

Added new keybinds. OmniWrench is V, Mapwriter underground mode is , (comma).
Included other default settings - Master Volume is 10%, Music is OFF, all other sound settings are 100%, Max Framerate is Unlimited, Brightness is Bright. All other settings left at their defaults.

Updated RebirthItems (I blame you, Coolmanzz2!).
Included in this update is a feature that we used to have as a plugin, but is now included in this mod.
Players can now earn lives. Lives are earned by using a heart item. This heart item will be obtained through various methods, such as quest rewards and low chance mod drops (probably boss mobs only).
Shift right clicking on this heart will show your lives balance. If you have lives when you die, your inventory and xp is retained, and 1 life is consumed. If you have zero lives, then your inventory is dropped at death location, and your xp loss is default (still need to look into configs and figure out what xp % loss is. May tweak it.)


Server is public, although still being worked on. You may explore, play, etc, and we will try to reserve downtime during time of no/low players online.

Shouldn't be any major bugs, but if you do run into issues, please report them!

Removed SEVERAL mods!
- IC2 (and all addons), not RF based/redundant against Mekanism and TE
- Buildcraft, redundant against Refined Relocation/Extra Utilities/etc
- Logistics Pipes, redundant against Refined Relocation/AE2/etc
- Factorization, redundant against several mods
- Dimensional Anchors, redundant against Railcraft anchors
- GenDustry, makes Forestry bee progression WAY too easy
- Eureka!, API for BC thus no longer needed
- Dense Ores, caused world gen lag
- EE3, useless because dev is taking WAY too long to update it. Sorry, I gave up hope. We will see you in 2.0 at this rate.

Added a few mods:
- Fluxed Trinkets, allows you to make RF based baubles.
- Balanced Exchange, allows you to transmute simple materials similar to EE2, but without the overpowered-ness of machines.
- Modular Power Suits, needed a RF tech armor mod since IC2 was removed.

Config changes:

- Thaumcraft wuss mode enabled until either A) Thaumcraft updates with a fix to Eldritch Guardian spawn rates or B) we find a third-party method of controlling specific mobs. Guardians are causing major lag via high tick rates, and will spawn by the dozen PER PLAYER.
- Mekanism, mobs no longer spawn with Mekanism armor. Some mobs were invincible with armor.
- Botania, flower spawn rate increased.
- Keybinds, V set to Veinminer (but I forgot to change this client side, so it's Shift unless you change it. Will be changed in the next update.) C set to OmniWrench. Several other keybinds were unbound to avoid conflicts.
- Open Blocks, disabled Gravestones. Use Lives or Undertakers to prevent item loss on death.
- Chisel, added all blocks to Forge Multipart
- Few other changes I don't remember off the top off my head.

- This mod includes coins. This is the modpack's primary currency. Earn from quests, use to buy stuff from the quest book. For servers, this currency can be used to trade with players.
- Includes a new ULTIMATE BACKPACK. Place it on the ground to smelt items super fast! Stores fuel. Has a VERY large inventory.
- Includes new ascended Rebirth armor. Obtain the full set to get all the buffs. The armor grants temporary immunity when struck. The weapons apply special buffs while wearing the armor when you shift right click with the weapons held.

- We have put together a server version of our pack. Just download, host, and you're good to go!
- We offer 100% server support. Just head on over to http://www.rebirthgaming.org/rebirth to request assistance.
- We built the modpack to be very server friendly. Most chunk loaders are disabled by default. Players should only be able to access one chunk loader - the personal anchor - which unloads when they are offline.

-- Incredibly stable!
- We are proud to boast the fact that our modpack is very stable. Minimal crashes. We stay up to date with the latest mod versions and cross mod compatibility. We always contact developers when we run into issues to expedite these issues being resolved!


- Removed wooden coin recipe
- Fixed bound coin pouch bug resulting in loss of stored coins upon death.

Notable changes:
- Draconium ores and ingots now have ore dictionary values. This will allow it to hook properly into Technomancy and Mekanism, allowing for x5 and x7 ore processing.
- Chaos Guardians will now spawn in The End, and will not crash servers when chaos islands are generated.
- Technomancy's essentia coils will no longer cause crashes when placed next to certain Thaumcraft blocks.
- CoolStuff now has ultimate backpack slot upgrades. The backpack can be upgraded to have an additional 416 slots (104 per tab, 5 tabs total). Rebirth armor textures have been changed to something more MOLTEN!
- EnderIO updated to resolve an issue with thousands of wither skeletons spawning in the nether.
- MobiusCore and Opis updated to resolve an issue with low tps issues on servers when no players are in the nether.
- Quests are no longer included in client downloads. Quests will now only be included in server downloads of the modpack. This is to facilitate better updating and syncing of quests on our official server to connecting clients. Quests can still obtained for single player use here: www.rebirthgaming.org/rebirth
- Main menu has been adjusted to compensate for multiple screen resolutions and aspect ratios. Simply put, the menu was just centered.

Configuration changes:
- The End now includes amethyst.
- The Deep Dark and Bedrock dimensions now include yellorium.
- The overworld will now include essence ore.
- HQM party multi rewards is now enabled.
