crashes Windows 10 problems

I upgraded to Windows 10, after starting up the launcher everything is fine,but when i start any of the mod packs they have a long start up time, lagging at the menu screen when i start a map the whole thing is unplayable. Though i also got the windows 10 version of minecraft (basicly pocket edition) it runs "ok". when i start the vanila version from the launcher its still as laggy as one with 180 some mod.

AMD a6 4.30GHz

8.00Gb ram

GPU:

AMD radeon HD 7540D

I am having the same trouble with both Technic and FTB

I have an Intel core i5-4200u CPU 1.60Ghz 2.30Ghz

Ram is 8 GB

GPU : is an Intel HD4400

It's possible that the upgrade broke 3D hardware acceleration, in which case you would need to get updated drivers for your graphics hardware.

If you back up all your important files, try performing a clean install of Windows 10 as I've heard that people are experiencing issues after upgrading.

Have you tried disabling filtering on the graphics cards? If so I would reinstall 64-bit java then reboot.

My graphic card Nvidia geforce did the same thing after i update windows or drivers i must open nvidia control panel and press 3d settings and add program javaw.exe and select nvidia graphic driver and press use it was lagging for me because intel was used over nvidia try the same woth your graphic card. -*Signature stolen by Signature Gnomes* 

ps. heavy modpacks require nvidia or amd graphic cards to work properly intel is kinda bad
