Help! Tekkit Legends + Pams Harvestcraft = Headache

Heya folks, So here is the skinny. I added Pams Harvestcraft to Tekkit Legends and ive run into a few problems. (I just dropped the mod into the mod folder and Blammo)

1. Nei is a mess. attempting to Spawn in items, Look up recipes, results in a crash to the desktop. Mode switching is non functional, appears ONLY in recipe mode regardless of mode change. Weather Controls, non funtional. The only thing that seems to work is the item display on the right.
2. Keybindings were Messed up, I had to rework most of ICU bindings to allow access to the map mod
3. Game Takes a VERY long time (compared to standard TL) to run. (Often showing the hazy "not responding" issue)
4. My Skin only loads on the map about half the time i am online (Both solo and lan) (Note: It can be seen by others even when i cannot see it)

 

Now I have Upped my RAM Allocation to 3 gigs to see if that helped but it didnt. After all this i am at a bit of a loss as what to do. Help Please, And thank you.

Remove Pam's harvestcraft. See if it is fixed. If yes, add it again, make it crash and pastebin the crash log. also pastebin the latest.log found in your modpack folder
