Can not click on aything on the Launcher

So to day I tried to record some modpacks on the technic launcher but a bug has stopped me.. I have uploaded it to me youtube channel which explains it. Any help would be fantastic.

This will sound dumb but I just downloaded the launcher I did not know there was a "installer" I just thought it was the launcher. If there is a method of instalation could you link another forum that shows the process.

No it is just the launcher, but have you completely ddeleted the .technic folder from your computer and re-downloaded the launcher?
