Mods not showing in my Modpack

Hello, to start this off I'm sorry if I have this in the wrong area.
Alright so I've been trying to make a private modpack for some friends and I but I have no idea what I'm doing wrong and I've been fighting with this for two days now and have been watching and reading any walkthrough I can find but for some reason nothing I do works, none of the mods are showing up when I launch the mod pack and all it shows is Vanilla Minecraft.

Your modpack.jar is named modpack.jar.jar

Thank you, how do I fix that though? I renamed forge modpack but it still isn't working. How do I remove that second .jar that I can't see?

Name the forge "modpack" but NOT "modpack.jar"

Alright so I renamed it just "modpack" but forge is still not loading up and all it's doing is running vanilla Minecraft. Is there something else I'm doing wrong?

I think it may just be 1.11.2 since I got everything working through 1.10.2 with all the mods for that version but I still can't get forge for 1.11.2 working.

That link no longer works...

Also, the version of Biomes o' Plenty that you included requires a newer forge version. Pretty sure you couldn't have missed that though.
