Steam is from Railcraft, so you can't. Use Steam Engines (dynamos) from Thermalcraft to generate energy, forget the steam turbine

You can use the big reactors mod, then the reactor produces steam when you pump water into it and you can use that to power a turbine from big reactors or a different mod that uses steam

When the mod pack updates it removed the part that steam turbines work on water

you better off on using a steam dynamo and a lumber axe and a hopper

Speaking of steam turbines i got a question, I tried to look up pump but couldnt find anything to it, how can i get water into the turbines automaticly instead of having to carry buckets to it every 5 seconds.

Has nothing to do with bibliocraft, its a bug in MFR.

You can put many other types of liquid in it, such as resonant ender, liquid xp, molten metals, liquified redstone/glowstone, and it will treat it all like steam.
