  1. Redstone engines can no longer power machinery, nor can they output power to conductive pipes. So yes, they're only really good for wooden transport and waterproof pipes.

    Bug.

Cheap Shot is online at the moment, so you could try him. If he can't help you, he'd probably know better than me who to contact for site help.

And Tekkit is a modpack... for Minecraft.

You have to buy minecraft to play minecraft.

    Bug.

I can't really "get" an admin, they're on when they're on. I can get you a link to their profiles if you'd like to PM them, though.

    Bug.

I see. If the email verification for your forum account is failing to send to your e-mail (and you're sure it's not being blocked or put into a spam folder or something), I'd probably talk to an admin (red named guys), since they can probably deal with it better than I can.

    Bug.

As far as I'm aware there's no privileges set up for the submit a bug report thing, so unless you mean you're clicking on that and then trying to make a thread the usual way I'm not really sure what to tell you. When you click on it, you should just get a bug report form to fill out and submit, which then makes the thread (basically so that there aren't a bunch of threads without the proper formatting).

Have you tried the button above all the threads that says "Submit a Bug Report"?

You can post in the bugs section.
  10. I'm guessing it would be the former.
  11. I think they were given out at Minecon.
  12. Hint: The base word of one of the words of your topic's title is in the name of the modpack containing the greatest number of mods.
  13. It might. However, I suspect the Flying Spaghetti Monster would not appreciate the reduced rations. Perhaps if we used two ponies? If they're small enough, we might be able to get Horsechoker wrapped around both necks at once.
  14. No, no, don't worry about that. Choker in this case is the article of clothing. Horsechoker will be wrapped around a recently deceased horse's neck as a part of the sacrificial ritual, you see.
  15. Pulverizing iron ore has a chance to result in a ferrous dust in addition to the two iron dust. Thus, unless you already have ferrous ore that's the quickest way to get invar (which requires ferrous dust). Green, square dust?
  16. Also iron, in order to make invar (which you need to get the induction smelter).
  17. I usually prefer to use the Induction Smelter, once available. Doubles ores like the pulverizer, and occasionally will produce rich slag as a byproduct, which allows tripling of ores.
  18. The Shadow of the Beast plains theme. Either the original or the Amiga Immortal remake, though probably the original.
  19. Rather than going through the process of editing the class files and whatnot and hoping it doesn't break for some reason, wouldn't it be easier just to set it to install in a directory outside the .technic folder?
  20. Can they? Yes. Will they? My guess is probably not.
  21. CanVox is the one who currently maintains the modpacks.
  22. Things will be updated when they're updated. Mods have to finish updating, modpacks have to be assembled, modpacks have to be tested, etc. etc. As far as I know, getting the launcher working with 1.6 was the first step in the process. Now it is time to wait for all the mods to be updated, and once that's done the assembly process can begin. Then again, I could be completely wrong. I'm just a forum moderator after all, I don't do any work on the packs themselves.
  23. Well, there you go, the problem must originate in the fact that I don't watch a lot of movies or TV. Actually, no. I think you're failing to understand what I'm trying to say. The kill thing was not an actual threat by any means. It was just a poorly done attempt at a joke. I don't know if you understand what humor is, but he was trying to be "funny". You know, hah hah? Not threaten children, not actually kill anyone. Just a bad joke.
  24. I'm pretty sure there's a very large difference between "jokingly" kicking anyone in the balls and making a terrible joke about being possessed on the internet. Namely, one can be considered assault and the other is just a bad joke.
  25. I think it was less trying to publicly humiliate a child and more making an example of a hilariously terrible server post. Doesn't matter who made this post. The sacred offspring of the one true deity and a cheese sandwich could have made the post and it'd receive the same treatment. I think that was supposed to be an attempt at humor. Not a very good one, arguably, but one nonetheless.
