As someone who owns Uplink (not the steam version, I bought it before it was on steam) I can confirm that it is a very fun game.

1%, 2%, and whole milk all pretty much taste the same to me. I can't stand skim milk, though. Just tastes like milk that's been watered down to me.

If my memory is correct, Thaumcraft was never even in Big Dig. There were configs, but you had to add it manually. Besides, Big Dig hasn't been updated in a long time, and I doubt it will be. Attack of the B-Team has pretty much taken its place as the "loads of mods to mess around with in a pack with resource-rich worldgen" pack for Technic.

Have you tried holding down shift while pressing F? Are you just pressing F, or have you tried holding it down? Do the Foci work when you have them outside the Foci Pouch and just directly in your inventory, and if so when they're in the pouch do you have it equipped or in your inventory?

The latest versions of Tekkit and Attack of the B-Team are both for Minecraft 1.6.4. There are currently no official Technic packs for 1.7.10.

It's possible there was another reason it was removed. That's just my guess with the information about your pack that I have (i.e. that it was called Tekkit Classic Revolution and that it was removed).

Probably because you're not allowed to have packs with "Tekkit" in the name.

They only spawn naturally in Jungle Temple chests, so unless you raid those you probably wouldn't have come across them.

In the meantime, you might want to check out Attack of the B-Team, if you haven't. Similar type of modpack; large ore deposits, plenty of mods to try out and mess around with, and updated to 1.6.4 (which at the moment is the latest version of MC any official Technic pack is at).

Open your inventory and see if you have magnet mode enabled in NEI.

If you really want to play with IC2, Immibis made a mod that recreates IC2 back how it was in 1.4.7. You could always add it manually. Link to mod Do note that IC2 addons won't work with it unless they're ported, so there is that downside.

I don't know if it was greg or not- IIRC at some point he promised not to change the way IC2 works- but I can quote an example of what's happened to IC2 from an old post on the FTB Reddit: Source, for reference.

​As a matter of personal opinion, I'd say it's probably because modern IC2 is a bunch of gregified garbage (i.e. adding a bunch of unnecessary steps and just making everything a grind and whatnot) and nowadays other mods do pretty much everything it does but better, but hey I'm just a forum moderator, I don't have anything to do with what goes into the packs, and my opinions don't reflect those of the people that do. Really though. Even old IC2, back before the gregification, isn't as good as what we get with other mods now if you ask me. Just look at stuff like Thermal Expansion, Mekanism, Ender IO, Big Reactors, etc. Fantastic tech mods.

I think that depends on the size of your quarry. A single bucket wouldn't cover a maximum sized quarry, for example.

If you've got batteries installed on your suit, I'd recommend gutting them completely and just carrying around an energy cell in your inventory as suggested earlier in the thread. Those batteries add a lot of unnecessary weight, especially when upgraded.
