  1. Not sure, Inventory Tweaks, ... NEI may be what your talking about for this one, and CoFH Core.
  2. Use the newest version of forge for the minecraft version you're making the pack for. If that fails to work, use the newest version of forge that the mods want. (ie: if some mods want like 950, but another wants 953, 947, etc, use the 953)
  3. Could be lighting updates that need to happen that werent properly done by MCEdit, how long did you let the game run with the low FPS?
  4. That launcher log you provided was from 2013 and is in no way current. Post a current log.
  5. Bad Login is an issue related to your login session with minecraft expiring. Run the launcher, log out in the bottom right, and re-log into your account. This should generally fix the issue. If it still fails, check to see if the minecraft login servers are actually running (if they arent btw, you shouldnt be able to relog into the account to begin with, but it may still let you)
  6. Rover, that is generally a better practice if one is going to modify a modpack (as if the person wants to remove the mod to join a server, thered be no additional config editing or a pack reset to get it back to where it should be) - however, the id conflicts may not make 100% sense for what block it has a conflict with and not all configs will show all blocks for IDs but instead go based off of another ID in the config (this often is the case with technical based blocks, like say the upper half of a door)
  7. Generally you'd report your post (theres a report link in the bottom right of each post) and if they wish to move it, lock it, delete it, or whatever with it, they will. I already reported it to be moved though. The first log is related to mekanism. One of its machines is sending information and its attempting to be cast to a data type that it cannot possibly be (think of it like this: Calling an orange a banana, or a banana an orange) - This may just be due to a corrupted block, badly formed block, or another odd issue going on with network since its the packet information (the info that is sent over the network, even if its SSP) that seems to have the bad info. That second log indicates an issue with dimensional doors as it is attempting to save a dimension and has no reference to what to save (hence the null pointer exception) - this may just be a corrupted dimension as a possibility. In both cases, the fix I'm not 100% aware of and would need further information.
  8. "Good" is very subjective. I honestly suggest just giving the modpack a go and see if you like it. If you like it, why does it matter what anyone else thinks?
  9. Alrighty. It appears the few people who had this issue are now having their skin show up in-game after waiting for up to 3 days. This may just be the time frame to show up in versions pre 1.7.9 down to 1.3 of minecraft. There is nothing we can do about it.
  10. Remove Optifine and see if the issue persists, if it does, post on the tracker. Link at top of page.
  11. Wither Skeletons are hostile, therefore theyre a part of the mobcap. They still spawn, but only if its at a fortress like in vanilla and if the mob cap hasnt been hit. IF the cap has been hit, you wont see any new mobs spawn without killing off others.
  12. Users have been experiencing delays of up to 3 days or longer for skins to show up on versions prior to 1.7.9 and after 1.3. There is nothing I or anyone else can do about this.
  13. What version of miencraft is being ran also, btw? If possible, I would suggest using Opis as another tool to help show what the issues lay in the world for blocks, entites, etc that may be causing lag itself. This being the next step I would suggest of course after you providing us the server log and crash logs.
  14. That would fit under my versions not matching post Glad you got it resolved lol.
  15. That error that you posted btw is a corruption of some information it needs to get. Resetting the pack should typically fix it like you experienced here.
  16. Post a launcher log. Getting Launcher Logs * Run Technic Launcher * Click on the Cog icon located on the top right of the launcher * Click on the "Logs" button * Provide relevant log files ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pasting Logs Use one of the following methods to show us your log files: * Attach file to posting * Use http://pastebin.com and paste the resulting URL in your post * Use http://paste.ubuntu.com and paste the resulting URL in your post For overly sized files, attaching or using the above URLs may not work, you can use one of the following for these types of cases * http://mediafire.com * http://dropbox.com
  17. As far as I'm aware, the main technicpack site and the forums use separate user accounts.
  18. cpw.mods.fml.common.LoaderException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: info/jbcs/minecraft/chisel/core/CarvableVariation ... java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: codechicken/lib/render/IUVTransformation hints at missing libraries - are you sure you got the correct version of code chicken core?
  19. Well, it seems like copy.com isnt lettting me attempt to download and its timing out before I could finish downloading it and its saying it failed and contact modpack author - my internet speed isnt the worst but it shouldnt take 4h to download that size of file from other source, its almost like copy is slowing down the connection and timing it out after a certain period of time. I'm not sure what I can suggest for this, maybe wait for plow to check in this thread at some point.
  20. I'd bet the hexxit versions do not match.
  21. Yeah, its essentially what you did for the server, removing client mods (they generally shouldnt cause an issue but they can depending on how they were coded, its generally better to remove them anyway since it wont bloat the server download size) The crash log indicates its a compatibility issue with mo creatures and the fact its trying to be combined into a 1.7.10 pack. Its looking for something in the minecraft core information that just isnt there any more (most likely due to the mentions earlier of me saying things have changed) since the last officially marked 1.7.2 support.
  22. Alright, after it trying to download for the past....2 hours is it now? *quickly checks previous post time* sorry, 4h15mins. It failed to finish downloading the zip file at all. What is the size of that zip file that you uploaded to copy?
  23. If the above method doesn't work for you, please run vanilla minecraft 1.8pre3 (youll need to change your version by editing the profile and enabling snapshot versions) and log into the game. Let me know if you have a 3 pixel wide arm or a 4 pixel wide arm (you'll be able to tell just by looking at it) (And to and mods out there: my apologies for a double post, i tend not to)
  24. Side note: This user actually has a tracker report instead. See http://forums.technicpack.net/tracker/issue-3550-
  25. There's a common misconception of extractor chips being needed. They are not needed at all unless you want a constant flow of items out of the storage container. Maybe this is what you're experiencing.
