Large bolded text, not interested. Too annoying to read. -
Help - Can't Open Chests, Mine, or Attack

Meteors spawn/fall around the player, and wont likely be found "generated" in the world, longer you stay in one area and watch, the better.

Rei's does, the only thing Rei's has over mapwriter is the mob radar, but seriously, it isnt hard to find mobs via audio. So no. Plus reis conflicts somewhat with opis (a mod related to server performance, etc) since opis comes with mapwriter.

that isnt NEI, thats WAILA, press 0 on the numpad to get the full range of WAILA options, or press 1 on the numpad to toggle it on/off

Bteam server crash, running v1.0.12a

Even if the mods updated for 1.8, there is no forge available for 1.8 sooo lol, all the mods would then become the old-school "edit jar and place in new class files" and would cause so many conflicts that it wouldnt even be funny! (youd be able to get 1 mod in, maybe 2-3 max depending on what class files they edited, this is about it using this method)

Is there a way to disable world of dinos?
Kalbintion replied to MountainWulf's topic in Attack of the B-Team
Stoneboards? Not sure what those are, im sure some first thoughts would be the easter island heads but those are under tropicraft and a different mod completely so 633 shouldnt have touched them. The 1.0.12a update btw actually lowered the amount of dino spawns so tropicraft mobs could spawn, due to an issue previously where they were overrunning them and tropicraft mob spawns were a "what you see is what you get" type of situation (unless you killed a stupid amount of dinosaurs and had the right environment) -
Dynamic transport does not run nicely on servers, so no (so much jumpy due to server having to update with it, and its just a lag producer in larger builds/large player counts using it) Animated players? Nah, not necessary, add it yourself if you want, but its just a cosmetic thing that doesnt really help the modpack out a lot, and would be a preferential thing.

Just one thing missing in this awesome pack: custom npc!
Kalbintion replied to JimBeam77's topic in Attack of the B-Team
Darwin mobs is another option since there is a lot of various changes they can have, though they wont fight anyone normally, they are there to look the role.- 5 replies

They're still possible, keep in mind though that it does require a very specific setup since this exploits the village and spawning mechanics of them, so if its not identical to a known working solution, it may fail to work at all or at a lower efficiency.

IDED, you can run a server locally on your own machine if your own machine is good enough (if you're running this modpack at around 100 FPS, you may be able to get away with a small 3-4 person server depending on internet connection speeds) - this method requires a lot more setup to understand and a lot more maintenance to do (GenerikB actually handles a lot of their server maint, just like Guude did on mindcrack vanilla, etc servers) since itd be all on you to handle its issues, setup, etc.

Is there a way to disable world of dinos?
Kalbintion replied to MountainWulf's topic in Attack of the B-Team
/cofh killall 633 i believe is the command to kill them off, since theyre under the mod "633" but loaders recommendations for lowering biomes permitted would be better off in a longer run -
I've used both in this manner, i primarily use the ducts (which actually can put it into the drain at any side, regardless if proper or not) but the other way worked for me for channels just fine. Then again, ever since I realized how bad channels are on frames as well as how crappy they are, i havent touched them since (they serve no purpose with any other liquid based movement blocks available for me, due to the low rate of transfer)
-
My only thought is that drain you have for the input isn't being classified as rotated correctly, try turning it around as if it was going to be used as an output for a drain, and see if it works (this btw is generally how i set mine up for inputting liquids into a smeltery)

There are some trees it may not recognize properly (Slimy trees for example) - what trees isnt it recognizing? And did you check with a precision sledgehammer to see if the tree is in its radius?

I remember there was a bug with Grass and plants back in the day Melfice, but I do not believe it permitted this exact behaviour. Perhaps the Minecraft Wiki's Grass Block page has info on it. Who knows.

Villages are wayyy to hard to find or am i doing this wrong
Kalbintion replied to wins247's topic in Attack of the B-Team
Melfice, from all of the discussions of this bug I've read here and elsewhere, BoP won't be fixing this issue any time soon. -
Isn't SPC (Single Player Commands) still a thing btw? I know it came with world edit...

The site contains the url but it isnt on the list anywhere, and if it is, it is stupidly hidden. I'd offer the link directly since I know it, but I suggest you look into replacing a word on the Summon ____ pages URL, it may just lead you somewhere.

As well as the fact LXP is the only liquid xp that works with the thermal expansion dynamos, openblocks doesnt work with them.

Go to the Nether ... get echos from the past
Kalbintion replied to BrowserXL's topic in Attack of the B-Team
EP3 itself as a whole was considered beta throughout most of its stages, may be why they didnt go for it over EP2, which isnt marked as beta, when this modpack is being compiled. -
Doubt you did. Newer versions of Cauldron (formerly MCPC+) requires library install as well (use their installer) - then have fun with getting it all to work because this is as far as i go with MCPC+ support.

Item ducts could be replaced with project red pipes, but its a bit more complicated this way than just using a duct, and ducts is what is used with chims item delivery system.
