  1. a crashlog would be nice just activate the console in the launcher and paste it here
  2. the serve starts normal? does the version of server and client match? what does the client console say?
  3. the version before this one was 1.2.7b I think. And the Version before the big update was 1.1.10
  4. you can enable the console window in the launcher settings to see whats going on during load, maybe theres also some kind of error message displayed in the console...
  5. BC pipes "connect" to the tesseract, but I also had no luck in directly sending items through it. You can buffer the Items through a chest, that worked for me... following setup works for me:
  6. a quarry will start on leadstone level (80rf/t) bit it will be very very slow... as mensioned above, better get some hardened wires and connect it with that (400 rf/t) it will run much faster an mfr treefarm and some me magic and you can build a selfsustaining energy supply that runs fully automatic...
  7. Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: calclavia.lib.utility.ModUtility maybe it's the wrong calclavia version for the icbm-mod
  8. yeah, mffs might help you out with that
  9. you don't permanently disable it, it's a switch you can flip on and off whenever you want this just prevents you from accidently cheating stuff in and also unlocks the recipie mode where you get to know how to build the machines and parts...
  10. the more mods in a modpack, the longer it takes to load... Activate the launcher console (in the launcher settings) to see what is happening
  11. if you want to disable the cheat functionality, you can do so in the NEI Options (when you have your inventory open, you have a button labled "Options" in the bottom left corner) click on the first button in the options, there you can change the mode...
  12. a good page to start would be the wiki: http://wiki.technicpack.net/Tekkit there you can read most of the configuration options
  13. did you try to manually download this file?
  14. have you tried buffering your me-Controller with an energy cell? Because the cells have set in/outputs
  15. setup an me network connect deepStorageUnits with storage buses to your network (so you don't need to create the big cells in the beginning) basic export buses can fill your steam dynamos with characoal and always keep one stack in it my tip is, experiment with me in another creative world and when you get a feeling for this mod you can construct your own network on your server...
  16. correct, all I found was about coding a new planet/dimension... but anyways, here's the link: http://forum.micdoodle8.com/index.php?threads/how-to-code-a-new-planet.1962/
  17. you might want to use your first quarry in the normal world, as it's normally more safe there
  18. you could mine the ore using a quarry, as far as I know, it won't let any ore explode. Yes, explosions could harm items, but I think the often resulting fire is even more dangerous to the items I think that the strength of an explosion is dependent on the kind of ore, in my opinion netherQuarzOre has the lightest explosion...
  19. as far as I know Aluminium is only used by Galacticraft atm. and thats a later game mod anyways (as you need lots of materials for effectively supporting that stuff)
  20. I think Galacticraft has some kind of API capable of doing that... I also think I have read some kind of tutorial on the mod forums, I'll have a look into it when I get home shouldn't be such hard to find...
  21. yep, aluminium doesn't work in the pulverizer, but you can use the induction smelter with sand on the left side, this also doubles your income
  22. I just had the original comment in mind which was that it's hard to find enderman for their pearls for making resonant ender out of it... My suggestion was, that you only do that in early game and use the pearls for other things in later game... but you reminded me what I wanted to try when I get home... (mob essence ocean xD)
  23. at the time you have the 2 autospawners and the power to support them, you might not bother about ender pearls any longer but still a possible solution
  24. hmm like I said, I'm no pro in reading these logs, but this reads strange when you have the 32bit version installed: Java VM Version: Java HotSpotâ„¢ 64-Bit Server VM (mixed mode), Sun Microsystems Inc. Edit: and since Minecraft 1.5.x (I think) minecraft automatically starts a local server when playing on singleplayer (as far as I understood it) so it's strange that you can play on your own local server and directly crash on a public one... do you have another PC available to test if it also crashes on a server in the same network?
  25. is it always this?: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space and also this seems bit low to me: Memory: 56374048 bytes (53 MB) / 487653376 bytes (465 MB) up to 487653376 bytes (465 MB) JVM Flags: 3 total; -XX:HeapDumpPath=MojangTricksIntelDriversForPerformance_javaw.exe_minecraft.exe.heapdump -Xmx512m -XX:MaxPermSize=128m but I'm no Pro at reading these logs are you sure you're running it on 3GB? are you using the latest 64 bit java version? do you have 64 and 32bit java installed (I had problems with that and uninstalled the 32 bit and reinstalled the 64 bit version) Edit: are you able to run the singleplayer?
