You have a laptop, with a 32-bit Operating system. You will probably not be able to play AotBt smoothly at all The pack is large and needs 2-3gig of RAM, which your laptop can't give

If you can't log in with your Minecraft or Mojang account credentials you need to contact Mojang Support for help. Technic Launcher connects through Mojangs authentication server, so take it up with Mojang if you can't log in. -

I don't know about pet dragons, but Ender Dragon is disabled by default. All boss mobs (the big ones) can cause issues if you wish to morph into them Skeleton Jockey is not a seperate mob, that's just a skeleton riding a spider. Bees, I like those. If you turn the hostility mode on on the configs you can fly near hostile mobs and they wont attack

modpacks are free. Servers cost money. not to mention the fact that people grief, steal and ruin other peoples dirt houses on servers

The dev of optifine does not want their mod on any public released modpacks, so no. It's not impossible to set the mod in the pack yourself, but the compatibility issue is with optifine itself, not the modpack.
