if you looked in Control Panel -> System and Security -> System and under the system tab it shows 32-bit Operating System, then yes
-
if 1GB is your max RAM then you either have a 32-bit java or Operating System. a 64-bit java can be installed, but if you have a 32-bit OS then there's nothing you can do

I looked deeper in the log [INFO] Error occurred during initialization of VM Could not reserve enough space for 1048576KB object heap this is a RAM issue. Check in Launcher Options how much RAM you allocate to the launcher [SEVERE] java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\Logan\AppData\Roaming\.technic\modpacks\voltz\bin\natives\jinput-dx8.dll (The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open) this one shows that your security software - antivirus - opened a file for a scan. The file should've been left untouched. Disable the software that is doing this

[WARNING] Unable to load platform pack gages-volts [WARNING] Unable to load platform pack era-volts [WARNING] Unable to load platform pack volts-more-mods so far these are only platform packs, user-created. Try a Technic pack - Tekkit, Hexxit, Attack of the B-team - and see if you get the same error. If you do, post a new log
-
post the log logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window. If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs Paste the content on pastebin.com or paste.ubuntu.com and give the link.

this doesn't belong in Launcher bugs. Moving this to Platform Pagoda
-
No you are not the first person to try assembling a modpack, nor will you be the last. Find the correct section, it's not that hard. I'll move this for you if you can link the right one

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException at java.nio.Buffer.checkIndex(Unknown Source) at java.nio.DirectByteBuffer.get(Unknown Source) this issue has been addressed in Arriej's Common Fixes thread http://forums.technicpack.net/topic/57049-most-common-issues-and-fixes-and-known-problems/?page=1 reset the modpack. When you have Attack of the B-team highlighted on the launcher you should see a blue text on the top right saying "Modpack Options". in there you see a button: Reinstall modpack click it. It should leave any saves untouched, but make a backup to be certain.

modpack crash Modpack networking crash? Please help!
Munaus replied to Dylan3304's topic in Platform Pagoda
copying my warning I gave to you: don't spam. -
bought New Vegas aswell when fallout 4 trailer came out. I bet New Vegas is better story- and gameplay-wise than Fallout 4 can ever hope to achieve. Nope

Actually Installing the Technic Launcher?
Munaus replied to AtomicHam_'s question in Technic Launcher
make sure there aren't any security softwares - antivirus, firewall - that could block the launcher try right-clicking and choose the "Run as Admin" option, if you are the admin on your PC -
create your own report, don't jump in here

custom pack issues don't belong in Launcher bug reports, as the issue lies on the pack itself the launcher flips if the modpack is set up improperly. Moving this to Platform Pagoda where it belongs
-
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\Mihir\AppData\Roaming\.technic\modpacks\mtech-modded-survival\config\WirelessRedstone.cfg (The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open) pay attention to that last line (The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open) this is a security software on your computer opening and scanning a file from the modpack. Most likely the antivirus is the fault here. Disable it
-
Don't talk about custom modpacks on Tekkit discussion. Contact the guy who made the pack, Technic team had nothing to do with it
-
Caused by: net.technicpack.launchercore.exception.DownloadException: The server issued a 404 response code. an issue most likely on the pack itself. don't report issues with custom packs here, they are not Technic teams' responsiblity. Contact the guy who made that pack
-
have you tried singleplayer? can you open the inventory there?
-
the world is saved in the saves folder Search -> %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> modpacks -> Hexxit -> saves the save file should still be in there. The launcher doesn't (/shouldn't) delete files. Always backup your save files

93... that's a long career. I bet Death himself whispered in his ear "awesome voice-portrayal of me! wish I had that voice, for real"
-
your "conclusion" is misleading. There is no 1.7.10 modpack of Attack of the B-team. The latest is 1.6.4 post the log instead logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window. If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs Paste the content on pastebin.com or paste.ubuntu.com and give the link.

do you know how to set up a server on minecraft vanilla? If not, go google how. if you do, and have done it before, continue reading this link http://forums.technicpack.net/topic/56025-how-do-i-create-a-server-with-my-custom-modpack/

are you using the exact same username and pass on the technic launcher as you use on the mojang launcher? If you migrated to a Mojang account then it's your email that needs to be used on the username field
