That is not the whole log In order to get your logs, please go into the Launcher Options (upper-right corner), then on the bottom-left corner of that screen, click "Open Logs". The logs are all called techniclauncher_YYYY-MM-DD.log, with YYYY being the Year, MM being the Month, and DD being the day.

pastebin the entire log and paste a link to that here.

Try disabling your antivirus and try it again.

You made some of those fixes. But I bet I am not seeing the most recent update because you neglected to increment your pack version number in Modpack Settings

You could try deleting C:\Users\Phil\AppData\Roaming\.technic, but backup any single-player worlds first, this will delete all modpacks and worlds then re-install

You have something on your PC that is blocking you from downloading some resources. Try disabling AV, reboot, and try again.

Dropbox works, did you follow this part of the guide: Upload your modpack to Dropbox. If you use the Dropbox client, you will need to go to your browser anyway, so navigate to your Dropbox dashboard. Navigate to where you uploaded your modpack.zip and look for the little "chain link" icon. Click on that and it will bring up the share popup. Make sure visibility is set to "Anyone." Copy the link. It will look like this: https://dl.dropbox.com/s/qwerty1234abcd/modpack.zip?dl=0 The important part here is ?dl=0. This means "do not download". We want to change it to ?dl=1. This means "download this please!". Effectively that will change your link to a direct download link. It will now look like this: https://dl.dropbox.com/s/qwerty1234abcd/modpack.zip?dl=1 Write this down somewhere! It's very important!
