Can only launch 32-bit in 64-bit machine
AetherPirate replied to pilachu's question in Technic Launcher
pastebin a log after trying latest 64 bit java again. -
Try this http://tk.iamtrue.net/clearJavaEnvVars.bat If that does not work, pastebin a log here In order to get your logs, please go into the Launcher Options (upper-right corner), then on the bottom-left corner of that screen, click "Open Logs". The logs are all called techniclauncher_YYYY-MM-DD.log, with YYYY being the Year, MM being the Month, and DD being the day. We need the Logs from when you were/are having your issues.

(Question) Remove Mods Without Shuffling IDs in 1.7.10
AetherPirate replied to Rasply's topic in Platform Pagoda
Usually this is not a problem, unless it is a heavily tweaked pack with custom recipes. When he re-launches the server after removing mods, whatever worldgen and items that mod added will go away after he /fml confirms. Depending on what he removes, that could break a world, but it should not shuffle up all item ID's -
make your own thread and pastebin a log there

Which release of tekkit is that server? Tekkit Main (the 1.6.4 one), Tekkit Legends, Classic? The Tekkit Main's last release was 1.2.9g, there was never a 1.3 Did they make a custom pack or something? It looks like they have their own forum and discord, try asking there.

Not sure then, perhaps a malware scan would be a good idea. https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/thankyou/

Few things to check: 1) Make sure your antivirus program is not blocking it. 2) Try right-clicking on it, click Properties, and make sure its not blocked there. 3) Right click and launch as Admin. 4) Re-download from http://www.technicpack.net/download and try again. 5) Make sure you have 64 bit Java.

Sorry I thought "blighttown" was something different. Don't know any good tech-heavy modpacks with questbooks.
-
try this, backup your world first. Go to the launcher, the pack you were having issues on, ModpackOptions->Open. Go into the folder config, and open the file forge.cfg. You'll see two lines, one with removeErroringEntities and one with removeErroringTileEntities. At the end, they should both say false. Change false to true, and save. Try running the pack and world again, and see if that solves the issue.

You might want to try Project Ozone 2, not so much story, but there is a questbook. Another great one is Bightfall, questbook and an excellent story. Very immersive.

Attachments don't work, you really do need to use pastebin

rename your .zip file to modpack.zip also, if should include a config folder with all your configs. also, you have the wrong worldedit in there, the one you have is a bukkit pluggin use this one https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/worldedit/files for Forge.
