  1. Read Plowman's posts. He responds to lots of crash reports in great detail.
  2. If there is, I'm not aware of it. Once you set it up, it's not such a big deal for your users to download it. The launcher will install it all for them after they find and click your modpack.
  3. Your clients need to have whatever mods you added to your server on their computers too. You'll need to distribute a custom modpack.zip to them them via Dropbox, or copy.com, or setup Solder. Platform Pagoda has help for that.
  4. Updated Buildcraft to v.7, Mekanism bug fix update, added IC2. Now there are even more machines that do the same thing * I have not disabled nukes in IC2, I will be adding a world where you can test such Weapons of Mass Destruction. till then, try and restrain yourselves *
  5. Glad your pack is working. Sorry I've never setup solder.
  6. I noticed a few things: 1) The /coremods folder is not used in 1.7.10 modpacks. Move it all into /mods 2) Your modpack.jar file is named modpack.jar.jar, fix that. 3) You have two versions of NEI, remove the older one. 4) I think Zan's minimap is client-side only, and is dependent upon liteloader. Read the author's instructions. Try this and increment your pack's version number. And pastebin a crashlog if you still have issues.
  7. Dial that ram back down to 3GB. Anymore is counter-productive. What are you view settings? Play with your video settings in minecraft first.
  8. Need some info to be able to help. What's the pack API url? And pastebin a crashlog.
  9. That's a problem. The launcher is trying to allocate 1GB to java, which it can't do because you have none to spare. Your OS needs ram too. You need to add ram to your PC, but I'm guessing you have Windows XP(do you?). This likely means 32bit, which means 32 bit java, which will restrict how much ram you can give the launcher anyway. What kind of PC do you have? What OS? What Model?
  10. Looks like a memory problem. How much ram does your PC have? Is your OS 32bit (XP, some Vista) or 64 bit (most Windows 7, all Windows 8)?
  11. Just a reminder that this pack includes Tinker's Construct with Iguana's Tweaks. That means vanilla tools will not work. If you are not familiar with Tinkers, I highly recommend an instructional video, such as this one: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=j8SPwSlmrBc You can build really powerful tools that you will use the entire game. ** one more quick note: I've made the Blood Moon an incredibly rare event. This pack is more about building than fighting waves of mobs.
  12. Make sure the turbine is set to return water back to the reactor. It really does take LOTS of water. Add more ports onto the reactor and pump more water. Keep adding until it's happy. ME fluid export busses have limits too.
  13. Fluid ducts have a 360mb limit I think. That's a bottleneck if you're just running one steam line. Try tesseracts if you have them. On the reactor, are your control rods fully withdrawn? What's the temp? Perhaps your not running hot enough. Or maybe it doesn't have enough fuel rods to make enough steam. Include a pic of the reactor stats.
  14. Are you giving enough water? It takes lots. Is the turbine directly attached to the reactor? If not, be aware of the limitations of TE fluid conduit, if you're using those.
  15. I removed McMyAdmin, it has poor Forge support, and i was getting confused about what features do and don't work. I'll see what version 3 has to offer when it's released. Server back up.
  16. sorry about that, trying to do too much on a little phone screen.
  17. Ok, you are whitelisted. Welcome! Still tweaking things, if you don't spawn inside a small building do /spawn and you will teleport there. Please note this modepack has Tinkers Construct with Iguanas Tweaks, vanilla tools are disabled, and I removed mekanism paxels.
