I seem to having a similar, if not the same problem as Kocken is having. It's a very weird delay. The notification system is on-time, but the thread itself seems to pull up an old page, and THEN chooses to update. Very weird.

I am long due for an upgrade myself. No monies though... But, according to systemrequirementslab, I would be able to play the game on minimum settings. Which... really is surprising. If the website is accurate, that's some amazing engineering done by Rockstar.

Probably not a bug any of us can fix. Go bugger the OpenBlocks guys or iChun to fix this.

Mate. I had a look around. I can't find ANY trademarks connected to Voids Wrath, or any variation thereof. Now, unless the trademark is ambiguously named and/or under a personal name, you don't really have a claim where you could go to court (which I glimpsed may have been something you might be thinking of?). If you DO have a registered trademark, I'd love to see it. Or, at the least, would love it if you were to take that to the admin/owner of Technic. That's the only way you have solid footing, and a way of getting at least the pack art removed. But yes, like Neo said, your website doesn't even mention you have trademarks. That's... entrapment, maybe? Pretty sure it's not legal to hide the fact, and then take people to court over it.
