So how about, aside from posting your Steam ID (mine's MelficeSilesius, for those who haven't yet), we also post some delicious timezones? I'm in GMT+1 (Amsterdam timezone). That should help picking a timeslot.

Have you read the rules since it was pointed out to you last week?

If you have it uploaded on dropbox, did you use the correct download link on the Platform? It should also be in your public folder. Also, do you have the pack structured correctly? It's easy to make a tiny mistake that messes up the whole pack. Finally, try temporarily disabling your firewall and anti-virus. They may occasionally interfere with downloads and installation. Hopefully any of the three fixes your problem.

HAH! I have double that and some change. 124 games. Mind you, I have some mistakes in there I either never play because they're crap, they run crap or I never got around to playing, but that doesn't change the fact that I have a problem and need help.

It might be up to the texture pack, however. I never managed to get connected textures working on panes either.

Basically what miniboxer said, or you learn to live with the fact you'll never play it.

Let's first see when we can play and what we're like together. We might be able to totally rock the Spire, but maybe it's better if we split up and take two ships.

It does appear that we have 4 folks now, yes. (assuming Mataroyale is in too) All that matters now is figuring out when the best time would be to play. And if more folks show up, that's even better. EDIT: Also, as far as ships go, the Pyrmidion looks like an interesting one too. It's already slanted towards ramming, and if you have a captain with the right perks... well.

So, I bought Guns of Icarus today. I think Mataroyale has it too. That makes two, but two doesn't make a full crew! (Yes, I know there's AI crew, but c'mon. AI!? Might as well blow the ship up ourselves and call it a day!) So, Uncle Melfice says: I need you to enlist at your nearest Steam client! Positions open for gunners, pilots and engineers! But seriously, assuming we can get our timezones figured out, who's up for starting a small group and playing this game? And to keep this from being a pure recruiting thread, what do you think of the game? The brief bit I've played with it was interesting. Could be a time-sinker, I think.

You can't have 1.6.2 on the Platform yet. So, if you want to have Forge on 1.6.2 you'll need to do it on the normal MC launcher. And since Forge now comes with an installer, if I remember correctly, it's even easier than before. Also, please go read the rules. It'll save you a warning.

Go ask over at the FTB launcher. We don't offer support here for their packs.

You weren't here when Sengir added code specifically targeted at Technic where it made playing with Forestry beekeeping completely impossibly. That makes him a douchebag whose mod doesn't deserve to be in a modpack.

We have flying bicycles these days. Not commercially, of course, but they exist. So, I guess that's at least something?

As somebody else already mentioned, it can't be restored, since the last version of the mod was for 1.2.5. I was hoping you were going to do a bit of digging and find it out yourself when I asked. Oh well.

Replace it with what? Give me a link to the mod that would be able to replace the condenser.

But you won't be able to see each other on the server. You'd still be playing alone, on your own maps. There is really no reason for you to make a server for this. EDIT: Yes, some multiworld plugins allow you to travel between the worlds, but still. If you're not going to be playing together, working together... what's the point?

I might be able to dig one up for you, but first I'd like to know why you both won't simply play single-player if you're both going to be in your own worlds. Or, share the one world in multiplayer. It seems like you're trying to make things so much more difficult than it has to be.

You need to log in once with your Minecraft account (or Mojang account, if you transferred it) and then you'll get the option of playing offline.
