If he has a Mojang account, he needs to log in using his email address and the password associated with that. If it still does not work in the Technic launcher, have him download the Minecraft launcher and test on that. If it still says the credentials are invalid there, have him contact Mojang and have them sort it out because the problem won't be on the end of Technic. If it does work on the Minecraft launcher, come back here and wait to see if somebody more knowledgeable shows up.

You need to have bought Minecraft and log in with the Mojang- or Minecraft account.

He wasn't. Also, you should probably go read at this point.

"TConstruct Environment: DO NOT REPORT THIS CRASH! Unsupported mods in environment: gregtech_addon, optifine" That seems a likely candidate for why it's crashing. Also, why did you not post this in the specific sub-forum for Platform (problems)?

With the plethora of information you've given, you've been given all the help you can expect.

Instead of tethering them, try crafting a name tag, and making your dragons. It seems the tether is misbehaving. Make sure to get some way to close the dragon pens, however.

Put the egg down on the ground somewhere, then right-click it with an empty hand. Then it's just a matter of waiting. EDIT: Also, why would you not post this in the sub-forum specifically made for Attack of the B-Team?

If you're not sure the modpack downloaded completely, reset it. But yes. 111 mods is correct.

Google led me to this: http://bdcraft.net/community/pbdc-patches-rel-packs/attack-the-team-wip-t1800.html If that's not the one chimneyswift uses, then I suggest trying to find out where chimney hangs out on the interbutts and asking there.

I fiddled around with the cells. Check the green tabs in the cells. Make sure the side that is outputting the power to the machines is coloured dark orange. That's the output mode. From there, it should work just fine. EDIT: if there is no green tab, that may be because I'm playing on the 1.0.9 test release. In which case, I want screenshots, like you should have given us immediately, like the good monkey you are.

That's them lacking foresight, I'd say. Enhanced Portals is enough to get yourself back, so I'm with cigarjack in that we're probably okay.

Are you playing on Easy? You can't die of starvation when playing on Easy.

What is Spatial Containment Structure from AE good for?
Melfice replied to Kotja's topic in Tekkit Discussion
http://ae-mod.info/Spatial-Containment-Structure/ http://ae-mod.info/ME-Spatial-IO-Port/ These seem to be related. -
You need to use your Mojang or Minecraft account to play any of the Technic packs.

Loading my 1.0.8 world, I got these ID errors: ID 5812 from Mod advancedgenetics is missing ID 724 is mismatched between world and game World does load, and my immediate vicinity looks intact. (haven't played with advanced genetics, so that's accounted for. Don't know what 724 is, though.) EDIT: Ah, 724 is the Heal Crystal.

Oh, really? Was it just as simple as a Java update? Thank you.

Look into MineFactory Reloaded. It's got all your sheep-shearing needs covered. In particular, the Rancher will be useful to you.

Tekkit 1.2.6 has Redstone in Motion, from what I can tell, so huge doors should still be possible. I don't know the ins-and-out of RiM, however, but I know the author has a thread on these forums. Go have a look there. EDIT: Went ahead and found the thread. It's even stickied, so that didn't take me long at all: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

Unless you are in NEI's standard mode (aka cheat mode), in which case hover over the item and press "r" to see the recipe and "u" to see what the item is used in.

I know this may seem condescending, but are you actually using the right materials for it? You'd be surprised how long it took me to figure out the moss I was trying to use in Tinkers Construct wasn't the correct type of moss.

Were you a bit confused when you posted this?

But how is this related to Platform? Are you under the impression every modpack on there is handmade by the Technicpack team and that it is taking away time from the main packs? (You are not. You've made that clear, but still...) Any "bad" change you've mentioned is all due to mods being abandoned, or whatever. It's nothing the Technic crew can deal with. Your bad "core experience" is down to your tastes being different, really. At least, that's what I'm taking away from it. Technic has been as strong as they've ever been in my opinion. Not all packs are to my taste, of course. I don't like playing Hexxit, but I like the idea behind it. Big Dig? Not my thing, but I can see how it's fun on servers. To say that the complete experience has been bad since 1.2.5 is... shortsighted, really.

Have a look around here. Look around the modlist. See if any mod there screams "this will generate power".

The oil first needs to go to a refinery to be turned into rocket fuel. EDIT: Please note that the Refinery has a specific in- and output side. Fiddle around with it.
