it will work on a mac, it instantly doubles your computer's speed. Also makes it so you can run games on double the settings you used to with no lag.

first of all, if you want all the mods without having to use the technic launcher, do this: 1. Get all the mods in technic: 2. Download the technic launcher, run it once, and use the CONFIGS from technic. 3. copy all of the configs to where you installed the mods in technic. 4. It should work fine now.

or you could always try Finite Liquid. It takes minecraft water simulation to the max, but it will kill your computer if it is weaker. I got no lag on a pretty shitty graphics card, but it ran well because the processor was overly powerful.

yes, some detail has been lost with the IC2 support, which I have finished, but it is looking much better than I expected. I think the worst looking thing so far was the batbox, because the little plug icons were totally lost, you can barely tell what they are anymore.

optifine does not lag you, it speeds you up. It allows more visual artifacts to save performance. The real lag generator is millenaire, disable that to get much higher FPS.

because each world is not counted as a totally separate world, they are counted as dimensions, so that means that they therefore cannot have dimensions like the nether and the end. make a pseudo-nether world, and a pseudo and have multiverse portals in all the worlds that link to them.
