I'm having that issue today for TechnicSSP. I've cleared cache and it didn't help. It tries downloading Minecraft.jar several times and then gives up. I can download fine with MultiMC. edit: Just downloaded Yogbox and that worked fine. No idea what Technic's problem is. another edit: The recommended version of technic is working now, but not the dev versions or older versions.
