Your Java version is incorrect, you have Java1.6 (which is the right version you just wrote the wrong one in the Java part) It looks like you have a corrupted download. Try redownloading the launcher (with all AV's and firewalls turned off)

You have the wrong Java (the one you actually have is Java 6 not 9) You need to update to Java 7 update 9 and then turn off Norton and redownload the pack.

If you have a similar problem, post your own bug report. OP: Without an error log we can be of much help. Do you have any active antiviruses?
