if time spent gathering and flying are in minutes, you'd divide by 60 for hours, not multiply. that's probably your problem. likewise if they are in seconds, divide by 60 for minutes. if you have 120 minutes, you don't multiply it by 60 to get hours, that gets you 7200 hours, which is patently false.

it really depends on your interests, OP. I'm not much of a live action TV or movie kind of person, so anything I would recommend would most likely be anime. the Dune books are good though, Hitchhiker's guide as well. also, I'll second birdy the mighty: decode, that was a good show as well. I wrote up a list a few months ago of awesome anime for a friend of mine, I'll repost it here for you. you might find something you like in there, who knows? as a side note, Mythachu is my girlfriend in case you're wondering what the hell "Mythachu's favorites" means. also, I made this list specifically excluding what I refer to as "power level anime". these are the ones where you could easily fit the "over 9000" dialog into them. notable examples include naruto (what do the ninja info cards say about his chakra level!?), bleach (what does the spirit pressure say about his bankai or whatever?!), and obviously DBZ.

no matter what, this is probably not something that can be done quickly. if you need a solution for distributing your own mod pack sooner rather than later, I suggest looking for other options.

you would have to code it yourself, or get help from someone who knows how to code. I believe the launcher is written in a .NET language, I think it is C# to be specific (I am not sure). the other option is to wait for the feature to be put into the official launcher. that could take years, though.

no seriously, if you are kellered, you can change your avatar all you want, but it will only ever show the newbie avatar. gravatar or no gravatar.

it's not impossible from a technical perspective. it is something that the dev team would like to do some day. if you wish to create a launcher that will include your own packs, the technic launcher is open source and you are welcome to fork it and implement the feature yourself if you are impatient.

this is not how you get help with an issue. I will bet you $5 that your problem is not what I initially fixed in this thread, or even the same as the guy above you. if you want some help from people here, make a thread on it. we even have a handy form you can fill out that ensures you are given every opportunity to provide the relevant information so that you may actually get an answer instead of a warning. we're just swell guys like that.
