I am about to give you advice. however, my previous statement remains completely true. you are in school of some kind. I'm going to assume highschool, based on your post and the story provided. she's a teenage female, which almost by definition makes her completely insane. become celibate or a eunuch, and let her go on complaining about how "fat" she is. there is no correct way to respond to a woman complaining that she is fat, or asking if she looks/is/appears fat. none. never speak to her again and you'll be glad you did a few years from now.

the internet is really the last place to go to for relationship advice. seriously.

it's really not all that hard, they even come with instructions for most of the stuff you need to do. it's just putting in some screws, plugging some stuff in, MAYBE applying a little thermal grease, and moving a small lever or two. that's really about it.

get rid of AVG, it causes all kinds of problems just like this no matter how many exceptions, white lists, or allowances you try to set up for the launcher. it literally needs to be completely uninstalled. give it a shot, and see if you're still having issues.

Re: Technic launcher unable to authenticate account with minecraft.net looking at the thread you linked, the profile fix did it for you. since you had a "!" in your username, this will continue to be a problem thanks to java. best bet is to use the instructions found here: http://forums.technicpack.net/index.php/topic,7846.0.html to install the launcher to a different location than the default. that should make it work.

the problem with this is that the user can change it back and there's really nothing we can do about it, other than straight up ban them. we do actually do this sometimes when it's extra hilarious to do so, but it's not a very permanent thing. as much as I absolutely hate error reports with no logs, I'm not sure a special rank for doing this is needed. on the other hand, it'd be pretty funny.

this is a section for serious bug reports and errors. not stupid made up ones with images of lumber for a "log". take a week to contemplate what comedy is and is not, because this is not it.

it's not opening with java. you may be able to right click -> open with... -> java to get it to work, though.

I have played a fair bit of LoL in the past, though never cared to try ranked. used to be super pro (at least I thought so, lol) at marine wars maps in SC back in the day. I was also about 12 and thought it was cool to modify one of the maps to have a secret cheat in it that only I knew about so I could win. yeah, I was 12.

are you sure there's no logs? check your %appdata%\.techniclauncher\logs folder.

give this a shot: start -> run -> cmd in the command box that comes up type: cd %appdata%\.techniclauncher mkdir rtemp java -jar technic-launcher.jar in that order. let me know what error it gives you.

read the stickies, then use the right report format and try again. "it's broke" is not an acceptable error report nor is it useful.

I don't think you understand. BTW will never be in the launcher. bothering FC about it will only get you banned from his forum/IRC/whatever and laughed at. it simply isn't happening. your thread was going nowhere from the get-go so I don't really see how it has gotten any worse.

yeah if the optifine thing isn't the issue, you're pretty much stuck. integrated graphics just aren't up to par with discreet cards. that is changing somewhat with ivybridge and all that, but you still need a card to play real games. and if it is a laptop, you will probably not be able to install a real video card in it, unfortunately.

not sure if this applies to you OP, but if you have optifine installed and the "far view" option enabled, try disabling it.
