Blocks have no texture in modpack?

Hi everyone, I put together a small modpack today for some friends, everything is working fine except for new blocks. Almost every new block has a flat texture in the creative menu, and when you place the block it is transparent you can see through the ground where the block is. The mods im having this issue in are artifice, chisel and tinkers construct. Does anyone know how to fix this?

How about a platform link?

One thing I know that causes this is optifine.. Check it.
