Hand Crank Fluid Pump

I've been looking around for mods that offer fluid pumps, but they include to many other things that I don't want included or are simply redundant. What I'd love to see is a hand crank pump. Basically a low-tech cross between Buildcraft's pump and AE's Grindstone. Having a config option to allow enabling/disabling of autonomous activation (similar to Ex Nihilo's Sieve) would make it appealing to many survival modpacks as well.

 

Optional mod features could include:

-Upgrade for enabling hot fluid pumping

-Upgrade for enabling RF power input

 

 

I lack the programming skills to do this myself, but if someone pulled it off they'd definitely be my hero. If not, thanks for looking anyhow.
