[32x] JohnSmith Technic/Tekkit

I wouldn't say "resigned", I'd say "on hiatus". I'm getting a full time job soon, and school on top of that, I won't have much time for texturing. I may do stuff every now and then though.

Edit: Thanks. :)

Cool, a new thread. Time to watch it and get more JSTR. This is the best modded minecraft texture pack. I would ask for some TerraFirmaCraft support, but thats way too much.

Just to let everyone know, there is now also a JSTR thread over at the MC Forums (HERE), so feel free to discuss over there as well, as it may help to get this pack out there to a wider audiance :)

There's something going around with the MCF, apparently it will harm your computer according to google, and firefox. I would like to check it out, but my better judgment tells me to stray away until the issue is fixed.

I heard it has also been happening to mmo-champion, elitist jerks and a ton of other websites. I'm thinking that a bad ad got through the google ad services, and the website for that ad has a bed reputation.

It's a shame to hear that Laz in leaving for a while. But I know Zic & Glow can still finish :D. You think you could texture logistic pipes? It's one of my favourite mods :D

Edit: For some reason the nether ores are not textured on my world :(

Which version of technic/tekkit are you using? And can you verify that in your texture pack .zip, that /netheroresprites/block0.png is there?

Im not actually using Tekkit. I put all the mods I use into my own sort of modpack. And /netheroresprites/block0.png is there.

Alright, the latest GDrive version should have fixed it. If not, could you PM me the exact version of netherores you are using?

Also, updated the main post to be more.. pleasing to the eyes.

Problem with GD

gfx/forestry/gui/bioengine.png

The requested document cannot be retrieved at this time.

This happened for no apparent reason. re zipped files and didn't happen again. so just informing you

Also are the Dl drop box and Google drive supposed to be different. I downloaded both, and they are very different.

Google drive sometimes goofs up when it's zipping the texture pack. And yes, the versions are different. Sme people couldn't download the texture pack from google drive, so we put up a Dropbox link. The Dropbox version is outdated though,

Hmm is it normal that when I was using this there was no Vanilla textures or is this just a patch?

Google drive or Dropbox? And it is a full texture pack.

I used dropbox as am more familiar with it. Is that the problem?

Not exactly sure what happened there, should be fixed now. Re-download the dropbox version and you'll have everything.
