kelzie83
Hey guys. As I teleported to age 4, I tried to use my linkink book to get back home. The linking book would only take me back to age 3. I could not get home. Could any of you please help me?
Son_Of_BDEC
This is NOT a bug. This is because you created the Linking Book in Age 3. The Linking Book only takes you to the Age that it was made in. Currently, your only hope of getting back to the overworld is finding a Star Fissure, it would seem. Unless there's been something added that I'm not aware of. (I think there may be a command to return you to Age 1, but I'm not sure.)
Portablejim
The star fissure is the only non-cheating way to come back. You if you can put in commands, a quick but cheaty way is to put in /tpx <playername>
kelzie83
I was on a single player world. I tried /spawn like a million times, But it said there was an error with the command.

EarthApocalypto
Linkbooks teleport you to the place and age they were made at. You can use a linkbook modifier to make a way of transporting around the same age you're in.
Industrial Miner
This may work. Create a new world and make a Overworld linking book in there. Then put that linkin book in an Enderbag. Go to your saves folder and copy the data for the Enderbag over to your own world. Then cheat in an enderbag from NEI.

ahmut
heres a way to do it without cheating, LAN or setup a Lan using something like hamachi and have a friend join your game and create the overworld linking book and bring it to you

Teraku
and they would get to the age the OP's in.... how? Probably the same way the OP got in. Descriptive Books don't go with you unless you used a Link Modifier, which I doubt the OP could use.
Typee
Just keep making books until you find a world with star fissures. It's nice being lost in the ages, you're gonna see strange things.

kelzie83
Mobile broadbrands only generate a connection for the one computer its actually connected to
Neowulf
Hamachi creates a virtual private network between your computer and everyone else on your hamachi group. It does this over any internet connection, mobile or not. So with hamachi, you've got a lan to make a lan game with.

Neowulf
https://secure.logmein.com/products/hamachi/ Yes, hamachi will work over mobile broadband as long as your provider isn't specifically targeting it.

Typee
Kelzie, you might be confusing with something else. Hamachi isn't a paying service or an internet provider, it's a free VPN service.
Cats_55
Hamachi is free and tricks you computer into thinking you are connected in a LAN
LunarDragon
You need to go to the nether (by spawning in the purple looking portal from NEI you only need 1 square of it to place and touch it) you always exit the nether to age 1. Its the cheaty way out but it will get you back home if your stuck in another age
